I was a little skeptical about using my phone to start the washing machines, but now I LOVE it! The washers and dryers worked perfectly and left my clothes feeling fresh and clean. What impressed me was the high standard of cleanliness thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. They were constantly making rounds, wiping down machines, sweeping floors, and ensuring that everything stayed sanitary. With free Wi-Fi, ample laundry carts and washers/dryers, and reasonable pricing, it made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this place.

The environment was very clean.. I went early in the morning and there was no one else there. I have not tried their wash and dry service but learned they they pick up and deliver your clothes as well. Definitely good services. The only reason why this gets 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. In the meantime, I will keep coming here.

There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. My experience at Pro Cleaners (on Bellevue in Richmond Heights) has been nothing short of wonderful, and I've been a customer since they first opened. Dry cleaning, or I should say GOOD dry cleaning, is expensive, but I find the prices at Pro Cleaners to be very reasonable for the quality service they provide. And, just recently, I asked about alterations, and the shop did a perfect alteration on a pair of trousers for only $20. I never pick up my items on time, and they never get irritable with me for taking up space on their racks, and the people who work here are always kind and friendly. What's not to like?
