My boyfriend ordered peonies from this place two and a half weeks ago. At first, she was responding to his text messages with updates about when they would arrive( also keep in mind they never did when she said they would), he had to call again to find out that the batch wasn't good so she gave another date as to when they would arrive, and then they never came again with no communication what so ever on her end. He's been trying to get ahold of her the last few days and hasn't received any response back regarding the arrival or a refund. At this point he's been more than reasonable and flexible with everything for her to not even respond to our messages. Edit: we just went down to the flower shop to get a refund for flowers ordered two weeks ago, and was initially told the owner would contact us, and when they called back we were refused a refund when the flowers were a week and a half late, with no communication on their end when they were never delivered. We were told that someone just went right now to get the peonies so they are purchased already. If this is the case, why was this not done the original date of the order? This place is so ridiculous and as much as I love to support a local business, they haven't taken any responsibility, or has tried to rectify anything as reasonable as we have tried to be. Was walking along the beach in I.B. and came across this tiny little flower shop. I am not sure if the lovely lady working is Marcy, but she was super helpful, had gorgeous, reasonably-priced flowers and had a super cool deal going where you could send monthly flowers to your mom with cheap or free delivery within the area. How can you possibly beat that? Support a small business and show your mama some love? Please, it's a no-brainer. They had a variety of bouquets in several different price points, so if your budget is tight, you can still find something pretty to brighten someone's day. Check 'em out, good peeps. read more

I was excited to support a local flower shop so I was disappointed to find that when I email and called to sort this out privately I never heard from them. The flowers were $70 - which is not cheap. My personal experience and interaction with this particular local florist has been nothing but amazing. I wanted a bouquet of flowers for my anniversary dinner and was pressed for time. I walked into the shop, spoke with the florist and she was one of the nicest people I've met. Although, it was very short notice she was very understanding and patient. I called the store the next day with my order Confirmation number to ask what might of happened and I was told that they had just recently dropped the website that I ordered from even though it was the same website listed on there home page. read more

I bought a flowers on May 10 because I want to give a present to my mom, on the web site explain you you need to order like 2 hours before... so I did early, I buy a Snazzy Sunflowers and I finally paid like $70... I wait for my flowers they supposed delivery and I don't give any present for my mom on Mother's Day. Next day I send a email on morning and I receive and email where they said they try to delivery my flowers... I mean I paid 70 for this flowers today it's May12 and I still not get nothing... and they have my money too! I'm pretty sure I never buy something on this flower shop. I'm really upset. read more

Lets start by saying that this flower shop is the worse and that you can definitely get better product and service, elsewhere, within a good distance too! I had a job at in the premise of this location, i had parked my Commercial vehicle in the commercial lane. The commercial lane just so happens to be infront of this flower shop. The lady working there came out to ask me to move my vehicle as it was blocking view of her flower shop. I advised the lady that i had every right to park in that lane as its designated for commercial vehicles. This lady some how thought that the lane is reserved for passenger loading. Incorrect. I corrected her stating that what she is referring to is a white lane, (not certain she has her drivers license or not) anywho, i offered to move it since she asked so nicely, (she wasnt so nice, for the sake od being professional, i offered to move it). This altercation should have ended right there and then am i right? Wrong. She replied in a condescending tone might i add, stating that i would just wish you guys wouldnt park in front of my flower shop and block view of her shop. If you dont want that, i recommend you look into purchasing your own reserved lane or find a way to make it a fire lane, (thats the red sidewalk by the way) once i heard the snappy tone of her reply, i told her i was no longer willing to move ny vehicle as i was on a busy schedule and to have a good day. This lady was so mad, she called the police to come out. When they did, they told her i did not have to move my vehicle as i was parked there legally, so i wasnt forced to move. She must have been so livid that she made a fool of herself by having to police come out ti tell her again that she was wrong. Beyond this, she could not stabd being wrong so this is what she did. She called into the company i work for to report that i was "illegally parking infront of her flower shop" ... you got to be kidding me... she couldnt stand being wrong after i told her, the police told her, so spitefully she called the company i work for to attempt to mess with my livelihood. What kind of immature spiteful person are you. I hope when people look at this review, that they go elsewhere to purchase flowers, because behind the scenes, those flowers are full of false accusatuons and spite. read more

Poor customer service and quality of flowers! My husband ordered a flower arrangement and 14 chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's day. I was missing one strawberry and my flower arrangement only included 2 types of flowers when it was supposed to be an arrangement of flowers. Some flowers were also missing petals. Never again would we order from here. When I called them asking for a reciept they hung up on my twice. Get your flowers elsewhere. So dissatisfied and disappointed especially because it is Valentine's day! The worst part is at first I couldn't read the card it came with, it was not legible and also partially written in Spanish. read more

They had flowers so that's a plus. But the also had a dog tied up owned by the ship that barked at you the entire time you are at the counter. The girl working there also spoke so little English that is was extremely difficult to convey what flower we wanted. You are better off going anywhere else for flowers. If I were able to leave a zero star, I would have because one star is way too generous. My fiancé placed an order through his credit union, who utilized this company. The flowers were delivered at 4:30pm on November 1, 2016. When I first looked at the flowers, I thought to myself "WOW, these do not look very good." However, at the time, I had no idea how much he had paid so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. However, I then came to find out that he spent $55.07! That is ridiculous considering that they did not even last a day! I included pictures so that everyone else can see for themselves (the pictures were taken at 8am on November 2, 2016), the VERY POOR quality. More than half of them wilted in less than a day. I e-mailed the company and gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation but of course, I did not receive a reply. I am also filing a complaint with FTD in the hopes that no one else gets stuck paying for crap. read more

Carmen makes it a point to remember every customer that comes by. She remembered me personally, by name and waved me down to say "Hi" and gave me a big hug, and I hadn't been down to IB in months. I placed an order with FYF over the internet. The flowers were assigned to this company. Due to problems with FYF D'bella was not given then correct date, I canceled the flowers. However, D'bella showered up at 8:45pm on the date given. My issue with D'bella is who delivers flowers that late at night?! The day/ event is already over. My baby was sleeping when they rang the bell. Glad he didn't wake up. We never opened the door and told them we canceled order with FYF and didn't want the flowers. They said that was fine and they left. I come to find out they left the flowers at the door anyway?!? We told them we didn't want them!! read more
