My nails look great and they last a long time. Great quality. And all the technicians are so nice.

I went there to get my nails done. I asked for coffin nails they gave me stilettos. I let them know that I wanted coffin nails then they gave me square round charged me $130 for some nails that I now have to file down to coffin nails very unprofessional. I asked her how much from right now she said hold on like she had to think of a price upscale for me I pay less in California than what I paid for the job that I received there at Lillies. I do not recommend this place. read more

I called today to book an appointment for manicure and pedicure @11:30 AM. The woman that answered the phone said she could only take me at 11:45. I repeated what she said "a manicure and pedicure @ 11:45 AM today". She said "yes". I arrived at 11:54 AM. She said I was late for my 11:30 appointmen. She could only do a pedicure, pick your color. I told her the appointment was for 11:45 according to her schedule. Again she said pick your color. I said no way! This maybe a language barrier to give her the benefit of the doubt! I would also like to point out there is no air conditioning or it is broken. The front door was open when I pulled into the parking lot. The outside temperature on July 8, 2024 is in the 90's. read more

Poor customer service, poor quality, really disappointed. Twice now I have left here dissatisfied with sticky nails that weren't able to dry from applying the coats too quickly and not allowing drying time in between applications. Both times, I was blamed by the owner for picking a poor quality nail polish or checking my nails and ruining them myself. Nails are still not dry after two hours, and they are ruining clothes and getting on anything I touch. read more

Got a mani pedi here, last Friday (3/22). I was a walk-in and was greeted immediately by a very friendly woman. The place is very clean with none of the usual nail salon chemical odors. Everything looked new and well maintained. I got a dip mani done by Lei, as another very lovely lady did my pedicure. The experience was relaxing yet efficient. There are two large tv screens that had a soap opera on (General Hospital??) and when my services were complete, they told me not to rush and stay and watch the end of the show! (I didn't, but appreciated the hospitable offer) The mani & pedi were painless (no cuts or aggressive filing etc), looked great and are wearing beautifully. The leg scrub and massage were excellent. I will be going back when the new growth starts to show for a new manicure. Easy parking right in front, and plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure tables, lots of polish colors to choose from and a friendly staff makes this place a delight. They take credit cards but tips are cash only. read more

The salon gave a welcoming atmosphere which made it exceptionally pleasant to visit. The service was more than perfect. The workers made it easy to cater to my needs because it was my first time ever getting my nails done. I was a little unsure getting my nails done as a male, but seeing another guy getting a pedicure made it easy. The lady that helped made the treatment quiet pleasantly. They recently took over what used to be Diamond nails, and this place is as good or even better. Very clean place. The staff is friendly and very polite. Do yourself a favor and don't get your nails done here!! Came back a second time to this salon. Tech was rude. She rushed through to get my nails done. Asked how I wanted them shaped and she did flat and uneven. I asked for squoval. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!! Waste of money!! I had to go to another salon to have them fixed. this is a very clean environment. tv was in a good spot and Kim paid very close to detail. I appreciated how focused she seemed bc I was worried she was gunna be like other nail artists and just rush through it. however I wish she did tell me what was going throughout the process so I can relax bc I didn't know she was going to shape my nails to my liking at the end.
