I have never been treated so highly, helpful, and kind as Organic Nails in Ayer MA. They go above and beyond a manicure and pedicure. You receive hot stones, warm wrap, and a heel soak for your feet. These are included in a pedicure! A regular gel polish manicure includes a scrub soap for washing your hands, warm towel that your hands are dried with, a wax bath to soften your skin, and a back and neck massage if you want! Oh I forgot to mention they take their time with each customer - never rushed, pay attention to detail. You leave feeling pampered and an amazing looking nails. I didn't have to wait long and, after having witnessed how thorough and careful Ariana is, I completely understand why she may have taken a few minutes extra with the client before me. I appreciate that Ariana takes her time - I've had many brow waxes that were so rushed and impersonal. She genuinely cares about her clients' skin and it shows! I have sensitive skin, so before we even started the wax, Ariana did a test spot on my skin to figure out if the soy based wax would be okay to use - I've never had anyone else do that. She also had me hold a mirror and watch her map out my brow while she explained various things. I had a few questions about getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable while discussing it and gave me some guidance about how to prepare, what to expect, etc. All in all, I highly recommend BMS for all of your waxing needs!
