When the day for my appointment came I got to JB hair and the wrong color hair was ordered....however my stylist Cynthia colored the extension hair until it was the perfect shade was made and didn't charge me a dime! From first calling, the woman was very attentive and she was able to find an appointment in a timely manner and on the same day. My appointment was at 6:15pm. Parking is easy in this little plaza and I arrived at 5:40pm, which is earlier than my 6:15pm appointment. Upon entering the spa and salon, I was immediately greeted by the same woman that took my appointment by phone. The gentleman, Emilio greeted me as well and took me right away.
