While I've only don't my nails here twice, I really haven't been thrilled with the results. I found this place on yelp and because of the convenience of having it close to my house and their great mani/pedi prices, I decided to stop in. Everyone is really nice and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I did a gel mani and regular pedi with Valeria the first time I went and while she did my feet pretty good, my nails were not really the best, AND the mani chipped and peeled in less than a week. Regardless, I decided to go back and give her another shot. I went last Friday and did a regular mani/pedi with the same girl. My nails came out worse than the previous time and I already have lost polish on two nails and the rest are chipping. While I'm inclined to go back and try a different person, because of their great prices, I'm not 100% sure it's worth the money if the paint is going to fall off almost immediately. read more

What a great experience getting my hair done for the first time with Mylaine. I went in with my roots and rest of hair two complete different colors one bright yellow up top and very dull gray blonde situation on the bottom. She was honest and helpful from beginning to end. I went in thinking I needed one thing and listened to her recommendation on what would be best to achieve the look I described to her. Honestly so refreshing! She knew what was best and knew exactly what I wanted. The finished product was incredible. I can't imagine doing my hair with anyone else. I really wanted to love this place. Everyone was SO nice the place looked beautiful, but my gel mani and reg pedi weren't good. Mainly the paint job. She didn't cleanup the sides before putting it in the uv lights so very messy looking and its uncomfortable because the gel polish is hard and not on the nail and since it's gel I can't just take it off. On my feet for the second coat she didn't go all the way and its noticeable. I don't think I'm going back. It's very sad because while I was there I was texting my mom and bestfriend saying how we should all come together. read more

I'm so happy my friends referred me to this salon, and especially to hairstylist Mylanie! I had been going to a very fru-fru salon in South Miami paying too much for hair services (but was OK with it because I'd been with the stylist, who became my friend, for years). When he moved out of Miami I asked for recommendations on a new salon and stylist. A few of my friends already went to KISS so on my first visit I went for the keratin treatment with Mylanie. Then I moved on to root touch up, haircut, blow dry and balayage highlights! Mylanie is a pro, and she is so knowledgeable and gives you advice and recommendation on what would work best for you, not to try and get more money out of your visit (honesty is so appreciated!). She's so fun to talk to as well! I love chatting with my specialists and forming nice relationships with them! I love the salon, it's a fun environment and they offer drinks and snacks too. It's in a great location. Prices are very reasonable ... I was in desperate need of a haircut and my current hairdresser was away on maternity leave. A friend of mine told me check out this salon and ask for Mylanie. I have to say, one of the main reasons I decided to check this place out is that I was thrilled that I could book my appointment off of the mindbody app on my phone. I loved being able to see Mylanie's schedule and all the times she was available. I made the appointment on a Tuesday and was thrilled to see she was already available that Saturday so I booked her without hesitation. Upon arriving at the salon I was pleased to find tons of parking out front and a clean, nicely decorated salon inside. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment because I was anxious to get out of my house but figured I would sit and scroll through my phone until my appointment time, but what a surprise that Mylanie took me right away.....another plus in my book! She sat me down and discussed what I was looking to do. She gave me her input and shared with me upfront what the cost would be. I have to say her prices are extremely reasonable and her honesty and expertise were greatly appreciated. She was a pleasure to work with, a total sweetheart and a true professional. I needed to get a haircut and saw this hidden gem as I was sitting in traffic on Bird Rd. I decided to turn in and check it out. I'm glad I made that decision. They welcomed me and was able to accommodate my walk in request although there were clients already there. While I was there they invited me to check out their app where I could book future appointments right on my phone!!! Definitely download the app and book your appointments there!! I love this place, it's beautifully decorated and the staff is very friendly, they make sure you enjoy your time there. They do my nails and their work is impecable, they take the time to do their best job. What I love the most? You see when they take the tools in a sealed bag from the sterilizer, no guessing about the cleanness of those clippers and nippers, to me that's very important.
