The space itself is pretty cramped. They sort of subdivided massage rooms within the larger office such that my table was at an odd angle. It doesn't really matter since you're lying down but the therapist had to negotiate that lack of room. I chose Kylie and she was great. The website had little bios and her pressure level was listed on there as like 3-5 or something? I assumed that was the highest so I picked her. Good choice. If you like a lot of pressure, Kylie can hook you up. She was digging in places especially at the top of my shoulders that needed some love. And she did this scraping thing on my deltoids that I loved and she worked my glutes/hips really well. Tons of improved range of motion when I left. Overall I thought her technique was great; however, I wished she had spent a little more time in a few areas. I guess I could have spoken up but I'm used to therapists going by feel and then focusing on an area until there's a release. With Kylie, she focused on an area and gave a lot of great pressure but didn't hone in on big trigger points until they make that crunchy feeling of release into smaller ones (or whatever that is). So that's why it's a 4 star not a 5. Otherwise a fantastic massage. I get them every couple of weeks so I'm very particular in what I want and like. She did this jaw thing that was just pain, not the good kind. Won't be doing that again lols. I am 100% sure I'll be going back to Kylie and once I have been there a few times, I feel like I'll be able to communicate exactly what I want a lot better. There's sort of a getting to know your therapist period that I haven't had in a while since I had been seeing my previous one for like 1.5 years. I finally made an appointment for a massage with CBD oil for 90 mins. All I can say is, she is "ONE". She did a deep tissue massage. I prefer when a therapist uses their hands, fingers, forearm and elbow to work out my knots. Not a big fan when massage therapist walk on your back. Jessica is a wonderful therapist and knows how to massage away the tightness in my back and shoulders. While she was massaging my shoulder, there must been a ball of tension because while she was working on it, it pop a bit. It felt great. After our session, my back does not ache and she worked on my shoulder, which I did not realize there was so much tension that my shoulders looked like I was shrugging. Like anything, to help relieve the tightness and stiffness from my back and neck, you have to be consistent. Definitely will see her next month or even sooner. There is parking and she validates. But it's a no frills, traditional shiatsu massage by talented specialists so just make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. It's in an open space, fully clothed (so where loose comfortable clothing; not jeans etc) with no oil. It's targeted pressure points and not oiled like Swedish or Thai massages. They focus on the areas you escalate to them versus a full body massage. I saw both Kieko and Aya. I'd recommend both. Keiko for more precise pressure points and Aya for stronger broader technique. Both are attentive and focus on problematic areas you raise to them and will adapt their session with an intention to address that targeted area. Both genuinely seemed to care about my improvement and provide advise for after their session. Hope this place continues to do well.

Many sessions are conducted in silence, with only occasional quiet exchanges. Some clients, though, seem comfortable with therapists who engage more actively in conversation. Although I've been coming here for years, this morning was only my second treatment with one of the therapists there -- both times for specific issues. I like this person's thoroughness and pressure.
