I've spent the last 7+ years traveling the world for work, trying to find someone who could actually fix the painful chronic knot behind my shoulder blade. I've been to therapists in LA, NY, Thailand, Seoul, and Japan, but I always left feeling like they were just scratching the surface. Hawaii Natural Therapy recommended Ashley S. to me to address these issues and she is hands down the best I've ever worked with. She is a total professional with a "quiet strength" that I really appreciated and made me feel completely comfortable & at ease, which let me actually relax despite the good pain! What blew me away was her intuition. I feel like she instinctively knew exactly where to go and didn't just chase the symptoms or the transferred pain; but rather went straight for the root of the issue. She has the kind of strength that is rare to find, and uses it with so much control and technique. I did a 90-minute session with cupping, and a week later, my entire body feels significantly lighter. That decade-old knot is practically on its way out the door. I'll be seeing her regularly from now on every time I'm back home, and I'm already recommending her to everyone I know. I found this place on Instagram and decided to check out their website and therapists before booking. I made an appointment with Ashley and I'm so glad I did. The place itself is really nice and relaxing and the front desk receptionist was super kind from the moment I walked in and out. Ashley was welcoming and asked what areas needed attention and how much pressure I wanted. I told her my whole left side and that I like it firm but deep in the middle. Everyone was very nice and friendly.. my massage therapist ..Akemi was also very nice and very professional and asked me for my preference on what type massage or pressure I wanted . It was very relaxing so relaxing that ..the hour just flew by! I noticed the facility was well kept and the restroom was also very clean . My boyfriend and I came here on a Monday morning and got a 60 minute couples massage. We definitely needed one and was long overdue. I told the massuse that I had pain in my back and upper back muscles. She definitely got the kinks out but when it came to the hot towel, she put it on my back too hot and had to tell her it was too hot. My skin is sensitive now that I am older. As soon as we were done, we got served cold water, some grapes and a piece of chocolate at the front desk which was a nice added touch. I definitely liked that. The location was kinda hard to find. I had a 60 minute prenatal massage today at Hawaii Natural therapy. I went with Hind and she did not disappoint. She has a sturdy pressure, I'd say medium, which is what I like, although I am sure she can adjust as needed. The prenatal massage is unlike a regular massage because you're on your side the whole time, but it was still very relaxing. The 60 minutes felt a little too short and in retrospect, I would've opted for the 90. The ambience and staff are very nice, and there's easy parking. I went into the wrong lot but apparently thats ok because it's owned by the same owner. They also have a decent membership package which looks affordable for people who want to go regularly. read more

came in thinking i was doing a 90 minute deep tissue massage but ended up getting the weakest, almost infuriating massage ever. my therapist asked me if the pressure was ok, i asked if she could go much harder and she said she could try. the pressure didn't change so i honestly don't even know why she asked if she wasn't going to make any adjustments. she was an older japanese lady, who was really nice and respectful so i felt bad saying anything else because i wasn't even sure if she was physically capable exerting more force. the 90 minutes slowly passed and i ended up telling the front desk lady about my experience. she said that we booked the regular massage and not the deep tissue. when we first came in, she didn't mention that nor did my therapist. i would've happily paid the extra $15 had they said anything. i was quite disappointed in my experience and service, i wouldn't be coming back. read more

Haven't been back in a while, but based on previous experiences. A caring a professional staff that provided wonderful massages to meet my concerns and needs. Treatment rooms were a little cool at times but I also don't want my massage therapist keeling over from it being too warm. A warming or heated table pad would be nice since the rooms are cool. I booked a same day massage. A few hours before the massage, I got a call canceling the appointment. Apparently the therapist wasn't supposed to be on the schedule. I get it, sometimes stuff happens. I asked for a refund. The staff member said that they could reschedule me, but I told them that I wanted a refund since they canceled. She said she would talk to a manager. They called me back and said that I would be refunded. I checked my account four days later. No refund initiated. I called back. The person I spoke to said that I had a credit to use at their establishment. I told her that I was told that my credit card would be refunded. She spoke to a manager and said they would refund my account. It's been 11 days and still no refund initiated. Based on these interactions, I don't recommend this business. read more

Is there a thing to feel relaxed and irritatedly stressed at the same time? Still searching for that right place to help with my ankle situation and thought since they offer cupping here I'd like to give it a try, Not wanting to call since I had questions I really wanted to see the location and place as well for the vibe. Located on Ward across from Ohana Hale Marketplace they do have a decent amount of parking right along side the building which is great. As I walk in I'm greeted and was asked if I had a appointment which I explained I didn't but was curious of their services. Asked about cupping I couldn't understand her as she was talking so fast all I heard was if I wanted a 60 or 90 minute...?!? OH apparently this is a massage place WITH an option to add on services such as cupping. You fill out a form which is laminated using a sharpie for your information as well as pressure level for the massage and reason for your visit. Omg so I decided to try the 60 and why not, okay came back since they had a same day available. I'll keep it short got my massage and it was delightfully relaxing and light (I checked level 4 of 5) felt like a 2 but whatever my appointment was 11:45 by the time I was ready it was 10 minutes passed as there is a clock in the room but massage ended promptly at 12:45 and I was set to go...my cupping?! Okay well how my session was listed on the computer apparently she did wrong and the therapist didn't see it and kept on yelling and saying how she did it was wrong and he didn't see it and was visually upset. Kept apologizing and saying it was her fault and asked he had some time and it won't take long (super uncomfortable by then) went back and did it THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERICE EVER!! It was rushed he kept on talking and it was done in just minutes and the silicone suction they used barely stuck as it kept on falling off and it was basically rubber rubbing all over your skin. They do take your credit card incase you cancel or not show in 24hrs they ask you about tip and how much you'd like to add on which I despise as well as it's not your business, I added tip and was told I'm set to go...no total told no receipt I had no idea what I was being charged....what the heck! On a basis this is a massage therapy great massage to relax not for pain relief and by not specifying charges or receipt is bad business and before I could tell them my 10% off for my Yelp check in they said that my card has already been charged and can't do it...I felt like a fool that been had and walked away with much more pain. Btw that lovely receptionist...it is not your fault that therapist was horrible and to yell and rant like that is embarrassing! He needs a session himself to calm the heck down and make sure to read her notes so you don't rush like you do with everything. read more
