Lousy communication from the get go speaks poorly for their overall service orientation and we cannot recommend this Pella dealer.

They are upfront about the minimum$550 and suggested work to fill out the bill. Kenny and Ethan are friendly and perfectionists that left all the windows spotless and without a single streak. In fact, the windows look better than new. I am 75 years old and should not be on a ladder. Even if I could, I could never get my windows to look as clean and as transparent as professional cleaners with the right tools to do the job. As pleased as I am, my wife is twice as happy as we have perfect windows that let in great light again, and I didn't even injure myself in the process. It is not inexpensive but you get great value and I highly recommend.
