Receptionist talking crap about the X-ray machine saying the equipment is old, and she doesn't like…read moreit. Then says oh bc I'm the XRay tech.... Not feeling confident about the facility. Asking personal HIPPA questions across the counter to a man sitting, no privacy... I had an appt at 9:40am been waiting 30 min and there was one lady before me. The office floor was so dirty from previous days I doubt it has been mopped or swept all week. You would think a health clinic would smell sterilized and clean. Take some pride in the cleanliness of your facility. Hoping the quality of medical care is better than this... The nurse lady took me back did vitals, that area didn't look to clean either. She opened all my tests -covid,flu,strep then put gloves on to administer test? That sounds backwards... germ hands

The manager here named JENNIFER is so very unprofessional. She doesn't treat her employees with…read morerespect, empathy, or consideration which is such poor behavior from a manager let alone a "professional" in the healthcare field. This business needs a better management because some employees are REQUIRED to do others work with no acknowledgment, no raise, and no thanks. Other employees refuse to stay at this location due to poor management and unfair treatment. The managers over-work their employees and treat them so unfairly and disrespectfully.

It's a long story. We went to Dr Hakeem Shakir of the Neurosurgery Department. His first surgery on…read moremy wife was a neck surgery, He fused discs in her necks. Post surgical complication included an inability to swallow for a week. She was going to have a PICC line put in for nourishment on the day she was finally able to swallow. That should have been a red flag, but the doctor is charming. Don't let the charm fool you. We should have sued but we are an overly litigious society. I will try to steer people away through word of mouth which we have to anyone we hear needs surgery on their neck or back. On my wife's back, the plan the doctor laid out was to perform a two day surgery since my wife was 70 at the time and he was concerned a longer operation would be too much on her. He was going to have a surgeon go in front the front on the first day to move different organs to allow him access to the back. He would complete what he needed there on the first day. They would close her and give her the night to rest and recuperate from the first surgery. The next day, he planned to go in through the back to fuse 3 disks. The first day, the operation started as expected, but somewhere around 5-6 hours maybe longer, the doctor came out and said that she was doing very well and that he was going to finish both front and back that day, which he did. After the surgery, my wife slept through the night. The doctor thought the surgery went well. The next day I was talking to my wife about something on the television which up on the wall to her left and she said she couldn't see it. I got up and walked over to it and said that it was over by me. She said she couldn't see me either. As I walked around to the front of the bed, my wife finally said she could see me. I immediately called for my wife's doctor who came in and tested her eyes with his finger and reached the brilliant deduction, "You can't drive". Literally his first words after understanding she was, at least, mostly blind. He did call for another neurologist who had an MRI and/or CT scan to see what the problem was. They found that during the second half of the surgery, her blood pressure spiked and caused a stroke, robbing her of her eyesight. As usual with doctors, there was no apology for making the wrong decision that ruined my wife's sight and severely limited her vision. To this day, he likely struts around without a thought to the life he ruined. These are my thoughts. I would strongly recommend using another care facility. She had several other doctors whose only purpose seemed to be running up the bills to our insurance. Just another reason our insurance costs are out of control.

WHEW!!!! This hospital - Horrid…read more..... This place should be shut down..... I believe they probably get many donations or even see many patients because the hospital is nice. Lots of upgrades, but this place is really only portraying to be a hospital - its very clear to me this place is horrible! Professionalism - no..... Expertise / Knowledge - no.... Communicative - no...... Clean / Sanitary - no...... Hospitable - nope!!!! I had a loved one whom was unfortunate enough to land in this place (we won't call it a hospital or "medical center") anyhooo - I was there 24/7 with my loved one and I did all the work they were paid to do - cleaning, cleaning up wastes, lifting, moving, getting ice/water, getting supplies, requesting images and meetings with team...emptying trash....changing linens....emptying bed pans It was terrible! I wasn't paid to be on duty, as a matter of fact - we were paying them. I am NOT licensed. Did I mention the yelling, screaming, arguing, and fighting all night throughout the hall (from patients) so no sleep either, GREAT! DO NOT....I repeat - DO NOT check in here!!!! If you are considering it, let me also tell you about the days stay in the ER - yes DAYS waiting for a "bed" to open up.... Steer clear - don't be fooled by how it looks. I am uploading the pics to be transparent - but please believe the staff is not concerned with you or your loved one (or your loved ones health). I spoke to the nurse supervisor, the Director of the floor, the Director of the ER - they were NOT concerned about customer service or patient health. I felt soooo bad for the patients there without a loved one. I understood why they were yelling, begging for help all day/night.
