We are visiting from California and you literally have to pay for parking everywhere... So this was a really pleasant surprise that it's free parking and the structure itself was a breeze to get in and out of. It was also really well lit, So I would feel comfortable with my wife or daughter coming here and being late walking through the parking garage, and spaces seemed to have plenty of room all around so you weren't cramped or worried about door dings. I really do appreciate security here doing what they needed to do. Checking everybody before you got on property, I do think they could have gotten some more help because their stroller line was extremely slow... My teenagers got through the walk-through line while it still took me 14 minutes to get through the stroller line. read more

A bit of a mess to get into Disney Springs! Depending on where you park - you have to go down to go up and when you leave - go up to go back down - or something like that - I'm still confused. I'm sure it's all to do with security, as they have security sprawled out into the parking garage - I presume to safely handle the large crowds. I'm all for security - but the line/path from garage to the commerce area and back seems a bit complicated to me. At least I got to go, right? read more

Located at Disney Springs, the Lime Parking garage is just one of many parking garages at Disney Springs. It's the easiest to park on the second floor because that's where you go to get the Disney Springs entrance. If you park on the third floor like I did, you will have to use the escalators or elevator to the second floor. The nice thing about this parking garage is the lights located above the parking spot, If it's red then someone is parked there and if they are green then the parking spot is open. It makes it easy when you are driving by, you can look down to see if there are any open spots available. read more

My partner and I stopped by Disney Springs during our last visit at Orlando Florida on a Thursday evening. We decided to park at the Disney Springs Lime Parking Garage. The parking is free. There was plenty of spaces available, but we decided to park on the top level! There are red and green lights to inform you if a spot is available or unavailable. This parking garage has a elevator that will bring you to the escalators to go to the Disney Spring entrance. You're dropped off essentially in the middle of Disney Springs. Disney Springs is a lot of fun! There are plenty of entertainment, shopping, and food! It's a must visit if you're local or traveling in Orlando Florida. Not my favorite parking garage at this point. The entrance to Disney Springs is on the second level, but it's in the middle of the level. It just feels like it blocks off a huge part of the parking area. Because of where this entrance is you are forced to walk an excessive distance once you are in the garage. Free parking for Disney Springs is nice. It has to be free so you can spend your money on all the upscale shops and restaurants here! We met friends for lunch at Disney Springs. Afterwards, we took a bus to Disney's Yacht Club so we could walk to Epcot for the day. The busses were conveniently located to Lime parking. When we were done at Epcot, we took a bus to the French Quarter so that we could ride the boat to Disney Springs. Unfortunately the rainstorms and lightning made it impossible to take a boat. So we caught a bus back to Disney Springs, and after a five minute walk to the parking garage, and an escalator ride to level 2, we were in our car to go home. Getting into Disney Springs this morning from the parking garage meant passing through a metal detector. We didn't set it off, so our backpacks were not searched. BUT when we got off the bus this evening to enter Disney Springs, we did not pass through a detector. Strange. The bathrooms are conveniently located near the first floor elevators, behind the stairs and escalators that lead into Disney Springs. This is important if you've driven a long way to Disney without a pit stop. We did (2 hours), and we used them. We also used them before going up the escalator to level 2 tonight to go home. When we tried to leave the garage, the exit signs were confusing. We went around in circles before we found the exit. Very frustrating. Maybe next time we won't get confused! read more

SKIP LIME PARKING GARAGE Parking at Disney Springs can be a frustrating mess - alot of traffic, tight indoor parking and long security lines. During peak periods, it can be hard to find parking in the Orange and Lime Parking garages. Even leaving the garages in the evening can be an ordeal. If you don't mind outdoor parking, try parking in the Strawberry Parking Lot. It is a large lot and it is easy to park in the wide spaces if you have a SUV or truck. The outdoor security line also moves fast. Set your GPS for the "Disney Springs Strawberry Parking Lot" The one major negative of the Strawberry Parking Lot is its location at the end of Disney Springs near Cirque du Soleil. It is a long walk to the other side of Disney Springs that has the World of Disney mega-store and LEGO store. read more

With the new trend of gouging guests for every little thing, it's somewhat of a 'Mouse Miracle' that the self parking at Disney Springs, the sprawling outdoor shopping / entertainment / dining area formerly known as Downtown Disney, is still free. It's truly unbelievable that you can park here, complimentary -- at least for the time being. The lime garage is the sister garage to the orange garage. It's multi-level with seemingly tons of spots. The garage is so much better than the former surface lot parking situation here, when you'd circle for 20 or 30 minutes just hoping to snag any spot. There's usually open space in the garages. The five star rating is because the garages are kept immaculately clean (these are Disney standards to live up to, after all) and they are extremely well-lit. I always feel super safe here, even when parking alone at night, because there are security guards everywhere. This is probably one of the safest parking structures in the country. I'd normally dock a star because there needs to be a couple more elevators to service the huge amount of tourists and locals. At peak times on a busy Friday or Saturday night, expect to wait a long time for an elevator, especially if you park on one of the upper levels. But when it comes to the lime garage, the pros far outweigh this very minor con. read more

I remember a time where I used to drive in circles for 30-45 minutes looking for parking at Disney Village... I mean Downtown Disney... I mean Disney Springs. Well, whatever you call it they have definitely made parking easier in recent years. There are now two main garages (Orange and Lime) plus additional surface parking, valet, and overflow Grapefruit garage across the street. So, there is no longer any shortage of parking. Now, things have definitely been moved around post covid. Disney has made some shift to the traffic patterns and this garage is most easily accessible if you are coming from Hotel Plaza Blvd or Saratoga Springs. If you are coming from other resorts or the theme parks then Orange is easier to get into. You can get into either from any direction, but a u-turn may be necessary. Additionally, since covid there are also security checks to exit either garage so where they may have once been multiple exits from the garage to the shopping/dining, there is now a single exit to Disney Springs via a security checkpoint. The walkway and security checkpoint to Disney Springs is located on deck 2, but there are escalators and elevators that make getting to deck 2 simple. There are also red and green lights over parking spaces to alert you to open/available spaces. There are signs at the end of each row letting you know how many open spaces are in that row so you don't have to waste your time going up and down rows looking for a space. Finally, this garage is best if you are going to the old Disney Village side of Disney Springs. This includes World of Disney, Earl of Sandwich, Once Upon a Toy, Rainforest Cafe, Lego Store, T-Rex Cafe, etc. The escalator will drop you off right next to the Polite Pig. read more

How can you honestly complain about free parking anywhere on Disney property? They could seriously charge $20 to park here and people would pay it and the garage would still be just as full. That is probably what everyone is going to gripe the most about... how full it can be and sometimes be difficult to find a space. Well, it's free and your car isn't outside in the blazing Florida heat, so for me, it's a win! Sometimes we get in the garage and find a space in less than 5 minutes; other times, it's taken us 5-10 minutes to find a space. No big deal. The signs above showing how many spaces are available on each aisle are pretty freakin' accurate too, so you don't have to drive up and down each one searching. I'm also really glad Disney built the garages.... Do y'all not remember the days of trying to find a place in the lot outside of DDT? LOL read more

Very convenient place to park. I don't know what else you would look for in a parking garage. When you pull in there is a sign that tells you how many spots are on each floor. This way you don't have to drive around hoping to find a spot that doesn't exist. Then, when you're on a floor that has open spots each aisle has the number of open spots above it. How amazing is that? I wish every parking garage had this feature. The garage has elevators, escalators, and stairs so you have your pick on how to move levels. There is a bridge that takes you to Disney Springs on the second floor. When you get to the Disney Springs side there is a restroom on the ground floor. The gold standard for any parking garage design. Think all parking garages are the same? Think again. Disney outdid themselves when they made this addition to Disney Springs. When you drive around this area you'll see two large garages on either end. One is the orange lot, the other lime. Both have clear digital signage that not only directs traffic, but also outlines the exact number of open spots on each level. Once you pick a level, you'll see that each individual parking spot has a motion sensor with a green/ red light system. If the spot ous empty, lights green. Taken, red. You can see open spots without having to pull down a whole row of cars. It's both convenient and time saving. Traffic doesn't pile up with circling cars looking for that one possible good spot. Overall: A Seriously, all parking should be this easy!! read more

This is definitely the A #1 parking garage. Leave it to Disney to take an already existing concept, and make it just a little bit better. This parking garage is huge. A really cool feature they have installed, is while you're driving you can see if there are empty spaces down that row. It saves a lot of time driving around looking for spaces. You just look down the aisle, if you see a green light above the parking space, you know that there is no vehicle there. Another brilliant idea, plenty of escalators and elevators to get to where you need to go. The Walt Disney Company are masters of moving people around. Even in a parking garage. read more

The thing I appreciate most about this garage is the proximity to the center of Disney Springs. I rarely go to the Market Place side due to parking. But, with the lime garage, I can get to Market Place in just a few moments. Like the orange, it has a system in place to find spots more efficiently. Except on the fifth floor. They have smart technology that lets you know how many parking spots are available at each parking level and down each aisle. Which makes finding parking a breeze. This is the perfect place to park at Disney springs! It's difficult to get to from most areas on the property, but I recommend going out of your way to park in this garage specifically (regardless of how many U turns are necessary). It puts you right in the middle of the main shopping area (right by World of Disney). Additionally, since it's so hard to get to, it usually has a decent amount of open spaces. I hadn't been here since this complex became Disney Springs, so the garage parking scene was new to me. We were planning to meet friends for dinner at Frontera Cocina, so of course I checked out the restaurant's Yelp page first. I was delighted to see a tip recommending Level 2 of the Lime Garage as closest parking to the restaurant. Unfortunately, that level was full when we arrived, so we headed up to the roof and found a spot next to the stairs & very close to the elevator bank. We really appreciated the digital display at the garage entrance, as well as on each level, noting how many parking spaces were available at that moment. And this garage is indeed very close to all the action in Disney Springs. The best part, however, was realizing that parking was absolutely free! read more

No expense was spared when Disney built their parking garages at Disney Springs. Parking at Downtown Disney used to be somewhat of a nightmare. The parking lots could easily fill to capacity and it was confusing as to where you could go in/out. The new parking lots not only add a significant amount of parking capacity, but they also make things so much easier if you're trying to find a spot. There are digital signs that indicate how many remaining spots are left on each floor. While that's nice what really takes things to the next level are the lights that are above every single parking spot (except for the ones on the roof obviously). They are controlled by whether the spot is empty or occupied. So you can drive past a row and instantly know if any spots are available. The Lime parking garage is especially good because you exit it in the middle of the action near the Uniqlo and giant Disney Store. If you're going to a show at The House of Blues this isn't the garage you should be using. Go for the Orange parking garage instead. Probably the only person that appreciates this garage more than me is my friend Todd B, but I still think it's pretty great. read more

Now you can park right near the marketplace side and not have to walk all the way over from the orange lot if you want to shop. We always park in the Lime garage when we come to Disney Springs. It's connected to Disney Springs by a walkway and it's just so convenient. Also my favorite color is green so I always vote we park in this one. I don't even know where the orange one is. This one is more visible from we enter when driving in so we never think to look for any other ones. read more

Never thought I would be rating a parking garage but here I am. This was great, lots and lots of spots. Liked that when you entered it told you on a digital sign how many spots were available on each level. There are two different garages I noticed. The lime reviewed here and the orange. They still offer the regular parking lot by Disney Quest. The had four levels and the car was not very hot once we returned. Had the option of using elevators or escalators.Many employees were available to answer questions and give directions. Very clean. Would have liked to see more handicapped spots. read more

If I could give this garage zero stars I would. It is going on over an hour that I have been sitting in my car trying to get out of this garage! This is the most poorly organized and poorly designed garage I have ever been in in my life. I will never return to this garage or to Disney springs.
