Checking everybody before you got on property, I do think they could have gotten some more help because their stroller line was extremely slow... This parking garage sits in the cut of a downtown location that you would never notice unless you…read moredrove past it. The garage is pretty nice and simple to drive in. On the weekends, you can drive right in with no one working the ticket booth. The downside to this is that you must pay at an electronic pay station at the entrance and then return the ticket to your vehicle in your dash. What was frustrating on this day is that the pay station was out of order, so me and many other people left with the chance of our vehicles possibly being towed. Thank God they were there when we returned. They do allow reverse parking in this garage. The garage is only 3 stories high and is right next to Lake Eola and some of the nicest restaurants that downtown has to offer.

I use the parking lot directly across the street for my safety. Yes, you can circle around and find free parking but for a few dollars, it is worth it to me to use this garage. There is always a security person as you enter watching multiple screens and a couple of guards walking around the different levels. One exit has an attendant and the other is card only. Nothing is 100% safe but this garage is as close to it as possible.

They are nearby to pretty much anything you want to do in the heart of downtown Orlando. They are right across the street from the major library. But they are also close to a lot of the clubs and restaurants downtown that are popular. it's a much easier place to find parking easily than to try and find parallel parking on the main roads. it does have two different exits one that comes out on pine and one that comes out on Central. Be sure to pay attention to the signage so that you exit out onto a road that makes your life a little easier once you're out. A lot of the roads downtown or one ways so be sure to note which way you want to go home before you fully exit the garage. Overall: A conveniently located and decently priced. This is an easy space to find parking downtown for pretty much anything.

It states for you to not back in park but it's almost necessary since it eases leaving the spot when heading out. The parking building is pretty close to where we were going so that was a positive. It's also cheaper to purchase it prior to the event and you are guaranteed a space in the garage. If you forget to purchase parking when you purchase event tickets, you can always call Dr. Phillips Center and purchase your parking for here. The walk to Dr. Phillips is only about a block and a half. I always feel safe at this parking garage. It's not hard on the 'ole pocketbook. As I mentioned, the parking spaces are small. We have a Honda Accord and we have trouble parking if we get there late because it's almost impossible to park in between cars. It's best to get there about an hour and a half before the event so you can park without having to try to "squeeze" in. There have been times when I have to get out of the car and then my husband pulls in and he squeezes out. I have also seen other people doing the same... several people will get out of the car while the driver parks and "squeezes" out of the vehicle. All can be avoided by arriving early. There is an elevator. Your "ticket" will be a QR code that is on your phone if you purchase through the Dr. Phillips Center. The only reason I took off one star is because of the small spaces. However, this garage was built before we had all these huge cars, SUVS, etc.

My wife and I have been using Park 'N Go for many years now. It's crazy how they have grown!…read more They used to be just a small place compared to their competition, now it seems they are the big dogs in the neighborhood. They expanded since the last time I used them and now they have an extended lot in the back. Pricing has gone up over the years; we remember when it was $6 a day now, they are running between $10-$13. If you use them often you earn points and utilize them for free parking days. We haven't had any issues leaving our vehicle here for long periods, the area is fenced in and secure. Staff are super friendly and mostly bi-lingual. Drivers are helpful with luggage and will load/un-load items for all customers. Drivers provide water and staff members at the gate also always offer water which we appreciate. Two things to mention: (1) when you do drop your vehicle, be sure to hold on to your ticket, you will need it again with the driver drops you back off on your return home; and (2) you will pay a higher price to be dropped off at Terminal C verses Terminal A or B when going to MCO. All-in-all, the Park 'N Go team does a great job and we recommend them if you need a place to park when flying out of town.
