Brandon is great! We are on a septic system; I had a plumber come out on Friday because our plumbing system was not working. He came out quickly but the end result of his work; septic needed pumped. Called Hill Septic because they had pumped it last Oct. Adam came out said system was fine. Cleared what he could but said pipe was issued. I asked and he gave Limitless as who he used. I contacted Brandon to clear a blockage in an underground downspout drain line. My communication with him leading up to the job was very professional and prompt. He contacted me and asked if he could come a day early which was much appreciated. He worked hard in pouring rain and tried everything possible to clear the drain line. Unfortunately, it looks like the line is collapsed and will need to be dug up and replaced. Brandon has referred me to another trusted company to do the work. The most amazing part is that Brandon refused to take any money saying that he was unable to complete the job and it wouldn't be right. Brandon is as hardworking and fair as they come... Very unhappy with Brandon. Spent over two months trying to get some issues dealt with in the apartment I rent. He dragged his feet repeatedly and never got around to doing the job. I finally gave up. I emailed Limitless Plumbing at night, asking for help the next day with a clog in my system - somewhere. Brandon was at my house the next day a little after 9 am, which I truly appreciated, as all drains in my house were barely draining, toilets didn't flush. On the phone he thought it was possibly a blocked line, and anticipated having to camera the system and jet the line, but when he arrived he first checked the septic system. I had no idea that septic tanks have a filter, and turns out it was clogged, keeping the tank from draining as it should, and causing backups in the house. Brandon removed and unclogged the filter, problem fixed! And he also provided a lesson on how septic tanks and pumps work, which was much appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Brandon for your plumbing needs. I'm very happy to have found a responsive, knowledgeable and honest company, and Brandon's my plumber for life! read more

LOOK NO FURTHER! Brandon came out same day I contacted him. He was incredibly professional, he did a great job and his prices are SO FAIR!! He is super honest and knowledgable, and will explain everything he's doing as he goes. Backstory: So...I had a clogged line and had a different plumber out (NOT Limitless!) the day before who didn't fix the clog! He took my toilet off the base and left it like that (I had to re-install it myself!!), he broke my outdoor spigot (I had to fix that too!!), and he charged me $450 to run a jetter for 10 minutes. Then he told me it would be another $1800 (in addition to the $450) for him to return the next day to finish the job. Such a ripoff!! Needless to say, I did NOT call him back. So the next day was a Saturday. Mine line was still clogged which meant I couldn't run any water in my house. I contacted Brandon in the morning and he came to help me that afternoon, on a weekend! He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, gave me a bid before starting work and finished the job in a couple hours for half the price of the other guy!! He also included a camera scope; still half the price of the other guy. As he was preparing to leave, I asked him about some slow running faucets I had in my house and he showed me how to fix those without even charging me! Such a nice guy, super professional, and he had all the up-to-date gadgets to help him find the line without digging up my entire yard. I will NEVER call another plumber! read more

Brandon was awesome. I had a different big name plumbing service come out and totally disappoint me after a major sewer line backup that flooded the first floor of my home. Brandon responded quickly to my call and followed up with me after coming out to give me a quote. He was absolutely professional and provided a fair quote for the repair job as compared to the other quotes that I received. This was key for me as with any plumbing issue, you want it taken care of sooner than later. As opposed with bigger companies ( I was originally told to contact Aurora Plumbing), they often are booked out, which was the case, which worked out fine for me or I most likely wouldn't have stumbled on Brandon. Our toilets backed up again. The third time in 5 months. Being new home owners and new to how septic works, we had called another plumber in October of last year. They did much more and the problem came back. Brandon however, arrived on time, and was very thorough, helping me to understand the problem and the system in detail. I didn't want to wait that long so we had another company come out. That was a mistake. They charged me a bunch of money and wanted to charge me another $3k for work that would've made it worse. I ended up having Limitless come out the next week and he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes for less than the other company initially charged me for not fixing anything. Rusty water in the bathtub indicated we had a problem with either our pipes or hot water heater. After a few texts back and forth with Brandon we narrowed it down to the water heater... He went ahead and ordered everything needed, installed it about a week later and voila! --clean clear hot water with minimum hassle. Fyi, yes your bid was for replacing the whole section which was done by a licened and bonded plumber that has been in the business for 30 years. Instead of tearing up the sidewalk as you wanted, they dug under it. Also note you mentioned bringing the tanks up to code by bringing the caps to the ground surface. They are code and are grand fathered in due to the age. I believe you areva nice guy just that you overbid and sure you get some that fall for it but hope others get multiple offers before commiting because the ones i talked to after you seemed to think you were way out of line.
