Upon meeting Dr. Wilson and his assistant, my concerns were listened to compassionately. Dr. Wilson wanted to know the big picture of my life activities (which for me includes working as night shift ER nurse, daily exercise, dancing professionally, and being a mom of 2) and my health background. An assessment revealed where my body's limitations were and how it has been impacting my life. For example, my neck pain was causing me to limit myself in dance performances. The adjustment itself was not painful at all - in fact, I finally felt relief and energy in my body that I have not had in years!
