I've been working on improving my health by eating carnivore for the past 6 months which has also helped to dissolve arthritic pain in my hands and joint. I then met with Dr. Graves the following week to discuss my injury and he stated that maybe the pain I was experiencing in my neck and head was from Covid or lifting something heavy. FYI, up until the injury, I did not experience headaches. I scheduled the visit due to a clicking in my shoulder. I ended up going to the ER a few days after the adjustment because I had severe pain in my head and was told I had sustained a neck strain and the equivalent of whiplash. It's now been two and a half months since being injured and due to this injury, I have lost my nearsighted vision, am having ongoing sinus issues and pain in my forehead. I coughed up blood the day after the adjustment and developed a bad respiratory infection a few days later. (I had not had a cold or respiratory infection since 2013.) I have pain running through my sinuses and teeth, numbness on the outer part of my hands upon waking and issues focusing on completing tasks. Dr. Graves has chosen to ignore my calls and has taken no responsibility for the injury caused by Dr. Cross' adjustment. Furthermore, his statement that maybe Covid (I had zero symptoms of Covid) or lifting something heavy was causing my head pain after I explained to him what happened during the adjustment is concerning. FYI..I have seen chiropractors for 20 years and never have I had a chiropractor rip my head straight across my body with no angle and with such great force as if I was a large person. I weigh 108 lbs and my neck is the size of some people's arm. I caution anyone considering going to this practice due to the injury I sustained and lack of accountability and integrity I have experienced.

This Place seriously injured me around thanks giving of last year. They performed an adjustment on…read moreme which caused me a lot of pain. I called to see if that was normal and was told it was. The second time I get an adjustment, the practioner or whatever is paying more attention to another patient because they were discussing sports. The dude tried an adjustment and my back didn't pop. So he tried it again but harder. This cause me A LOT of pain. By the time I got home i noticed my left leg is gloved; term for numbing sensation where touch feels like static almost as if you are wearing a glove over the skin being stimulated. I called them to report the serious pain I was and that my leg was numb. They told me to call back tomorrow after 3:30pm If I was still having said issue. I called back at 3:31pm to report that nothing had changed. They told me to come back to clinic to be reviewed. I came back to the clinic and instead of putting wirh a nurse or practitioner, the same dude who hurt me had me lay down. I was under the impression that they were going to assess the issue but instead they performed another adjustment without my permission then had the nerve to charge me for the adjustment I didn't request. I called back to explain what was going on and at this point the receptionist seemed very worried. She said she'd had the nurse call me back. The nurse did call and recommends that I go to the hospital and makes sure to say they would have never cleared the second adjustment. I end up having to go to more specialists visits because my back pain is now an annular tear. I've been in and out of specialists since that day. I've become hooked on pain pulls. I've had to get CT scans. All and all this practice has literally costed me thousands of dollars. It's been almost a year and my leg is still numb. I still have daily pain. I reached out to them several times to try to work out some sort of deal to lessen the cost of my medical expenses caused by them. They pretend to be concerned for about a week then I never heard another word from them. Safe to assume they stopped caring when they realized I didn't have enough money for a malpractice suit. This Place literally ruined my life for the better part of a year and has cost me most of my savings. If I had the money, I would have absolutely sued them. I would give zero stars if I could
