When I told him I wasn't moving forward with him he then charged me $385 and said it was cancelation for him turning down other opportunities. It was 2 weeks before we even needed the limo and the day after I originally had a conversation with him. Got the feeling that he would have taken the girls to first location and then left them there since he already had the money. Came off very pushy as well. I'll be making a call to CRA to make sure they know about all his cash dealings. Hope this helps someone else avoid a horrible experience as I have gone through with him.

He never said, never referred to cancelation fees when we talked over the phone. Now he declines to talk. First one was Kenneth Dana who had to come into Surrey to pick us up at three different locations in order to get to YVR by 6 am. Very courteous and always checking to make sure we are all fine. Our second driver, Gurkirat, was amazing as well. Due to Air Canada's ridiculously long delay in sending three flights' of luggages onto the same carousel, we were delayed by a full hour while our driver was already standing by. Gurkirat was so helpful in grabbing all our numerous heavy suitcases off the carousel and then later on, helped rectify an unexpected situation. We can't express how fortunate we all were to have these two lovely men ending up being our drivers and made our our limo experiences one of the best ever! KUDOS to both!!

When I told the lady that I was not made aware of that fact when I made the reservation, nor was I given a cancellation policy in writing, nor is that information on their website, she told me that "she didn't believe me because they tell everyone that the deposit is non-refundable when they make the reservations." All in all a terrible experience.
