I understand California is a bilingual state and there needs to be bilingual workers for English…read moreand Spanish but as someone who only speaks English, it's frustrating that every time I go there and I try to relate what I need it always ends up wrong because whoever is working only speak Spanish. I really wish I could request someone who speaks English. I could get my orders correct. Also, the quality that they produce used to be great and it's just continued to go downhill. I've had cuts that were quarter of an inch off and I have waited in line to pay for over 45 minutes at a time when I was the only person there not really sure what's going on behind the scenes but I would just love to be able to pull up talk to someone about what I need pay and then receive it in a timely manner.
