Over the next several months, I received numerous promises that the gate would be installed "tomorrow," "Tuesday," "Friday," "this Saturday," or "next week." Each deadline passed without the work being completed. Throughout the process, Emanuel repeatedly apologized and cited different reasons for the delays, including roofing issues, measurement problems, painting, and personal setbacks. I remained patient, communicated respectfully, and gave him many opportunities to complete the job because I understood that life can be difficult. Unfortunately, after months of missed commitments, I requested my deposit back. Despite my repeated requests, I did not receive the work I paid for, or the refund I requested. My experience was disappointing not because of a single delay, but because of the repeated promises over several months without follow-through. I hope others have a better experience, but based on mine, I cannot recommend this business.
