I had a family emergency that required me to find a taxi and get it to a family member ASAP. I called at least 10 taxi companies who variously didn't answer or had numbers no longer in service. I called 1st Class Taxi, he answered and listened, and then told me he was walking out the door with his keys to solve my problem. He was pleasant and confident and communicative, and before I knew it, he had my family member safely deposited and followed up to let me know. He went above and beyond for me and my family today. Ground Shuttle is a very well oiled machine with nice, clean shuttles, plenty of space, and…read morepersonable drivers. The shuttle fits about 7-10 passengers but both times I took it there were only 3-4. The drivers check in with you a few hours before the pickups and walk you through where to go. Miguel and Josh were fantastic, professional and personable. Shows me that this company values hiring REAL and NORMAL people.
