I gave my credit card info to hold the room. I received a confirmation number immediately. Then on 4/3/26, I received an email welcoming us to our upcoming stay on 4/24/26, again including our confirmation number. 4 days before our reservation, I called to see if we could have an early check-in. The girl at the desk proceeded to tell me that my reservation had been canceled earlier that same day due to overbookings! WHAT???? She said the manager, Hilda, canceled my room. I tried to call Hilda repeatedly for the next 3 days but was always told she was not there at the moment. I do not understand the purpose in making a reservation months in advance, sharing my credit card info to secure the reservation, and receiving a confirmation number if the manager has the right to simply cancel me without even notifying me!?!?!? Hilda still has not contacted me what-so-ever! What makes the situation even worse is that I am traveling with my 80 year old mother and we have no where to sleep! All hotels are sold out!

I chose this place for several reasons. It was a good price, in a nice neighborhood, and just down the street from United Supermarket Arena ( graduation facilities). What we found was an owner that worked with us. His description of his property was "spot on" with what we found. No surprises! It was very clean and everything was in good condition. The beds slept well, and the coffee pot worked great:-) Due to COVID, we would not stay in a hotel. That was one reason why we did VRBO. We were very happy to see how important cleaning was to the owner. Will we return? Definitely as this place is about half way to our vacation spot in Colorado:-)
