AirMaxx has been consistent with skilled and friendly professionals for the five years they've been servicing my heat and air. Keri keeps my service on point so I don't have to worry about it. She's always friendly, easy to get a hold of, and returns calls quickly. The Airmaxx tech, Christian, has been out to my home a few times. He's always professional and it's a pleasure to see him. But honestly, all their techs have been like that. AirMaxx is the type of company that gives you a sense of community and trust.

After conducting thorough independent research--including resources such as newhvacguide.com--I contacted multiple HVAC contractors. The process involved two principal challenges: the phase-out of R410A refrigerant effective January 2025, and the need to find a contractor with expertise in HVAC inverter technology. Airmaxx Mechanical distinguished itself with an informative website, and Josh stood out by taking the initiative to perform a Manual J calculation (unlike the others) without prompting. Furthermore, unlike other companies that dispatched only sales personnel, Josh personally oversaw the project and participated directly in the installation alongside his team. I also wish to acknowledge Keri for her exceptional efforts in sourcing the desired HVAC unit and her prompt, responsive communication regarding any inquiries.

Not only a same day appointment but the techs showed up an hour later after I called, the nicest guys! Zack walked me through the set up for the new thermostat, explained aux heat, the other tech reviewed the service order and explained fees, even my dogs liked them. I couldn't be more pleased with their service! Highly recommend!

I agreed to the extra cost no problem!! When I called to schedule my appointment for the work to be done I verified with the employee that I still wanted metal duct work at my house at this point the employee got rude with me telling me he does not use metal duct work he uses duct board. I informed him that I was aware that he generally uses duct board but that I had requested Metal duct work. I canceled the appointment I truly believe that if I had not asked or canceled the appointment he would have put the duct board in my house regardless of what I wanted or paid for. He treated me like just because I do not do HVAC that I should not ask any questions. I did a lot of research prior to having any HVAC company come to my house to give me a quote. I had 10 companies come out for estimates and he was the only HVAC company using duct board which is why I asked him if he would use metal duct work when he was at my house giving me a quote. I honestly feel like he saw a single female and thought he could do and say whatever he wanted to me.
