We've used Colonial Plumbing & Heating twice now, and on BOTH occasions they were excellent. The first time was to clear a clogged drain in the bathtub. The second time was the big job that involved a full replacement of the bathtub fixtures. When I tell you they replaced everything, I mean everything. The mixer tap, cold and hot water supply lines, gaskets, retaining nuts, connectors, etc. The work was flawless and that's 100% due to Landon. His communication was excellent throughout the job. He first tried to fix the dripping faucet for us. When that wasn't possible, he communicated quickly with an updated quote and explanation of what was needed. Fantastic service! Called out for abandoned flange located in basement backs up when washing…read moremachine drains. When arrived pulled gripper plug out of flange to run big drain machine, ran washer to cause back up ran in flange. Once line was full ran drain machine to clear with no success hit a blockage at about 65ft. Tried again with same result but got out about 75-80ft. Found clean outside at front property line with no cap under a tree advised client that a cap is absolutely needed. Ran machine and was able to get out 100ft and could see line pass the clean out. Ran washing machine as we pulled cable back watched debris pass clean out. Checked flange in basement and found clear. Ran washing once more with no further issues found! He explained to me how my service was guaranteed for a year and that they'd gladly come by to replace my toilet for the new one of purchased at no cost. They showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the day and finished the job quickly. Now I have a new functioning toilet so thank you! Re-update They misquoted me on the replacement of the 2nd toilet which I had them do at the same time as the other I had issues with. (told me it would be $120-130 and the other one was free of charge) and now charging me $248. Also the bathroom smells SO BAD now. It smells like sewer water.
