He ran diagnostics on everything, was SUPER thorough, leaving no stone unturned, and at the end of it, confirmed that it was my Nest thermostat that was the issue. He could have easily assumed that it was the Nest but he confirmed that all the wires were working, that the blower control panel was functioning, and that the heat pump outside was cooling. A few days later and I received a replacement for my thermostat, and there you go, my AC was working again. Definitely recommend and will reach out again if something goes wrong in the future.

(Charge free) After they gave us the quote they actually had some guys finish work the same day! So the guys came and out started to put in our recess lighting. Cayman & Ray were awesome. Very professional. And they worked at a great pace. They did the living room and our kitchen! Took about 4 hours for each room. Did a really beautiful job & their work gave our property such a face lift. When the tenants move out of the other side of our duplex my husband will use them again to install more recess lighting.

If I have been paying each month, then they should still honor the two free inspections otherwise for the year, as it's like I'm being charged a much higher fee for the last inspection if I simply add up the monthly payments. They've been timely in the past and I think fair, and it looks like the other person who had come over instead of Joey prior to the last inspection had not replenished the Freon when he was supposed to (in case a top off was needed). That used to be part of the yearly inspection plan I had. As a result, Joey saw that Freon was low and I guess assumed there was a leak) and I had to pay nearly $300 to top off the Freon. Odd.
