My work has always been labor intensive and have always had the chronic back pain to go along with it. After chewing through my skepticism of acupuncture and getting tired of temporary relief from chiropractors I decided to give acupuncture a shot. I wish I had done it years ago. Shes more than someone just jabbing needles in you. She takes the time to figure out the source of your ailment and correct that instead of going after the symptom. It was nice that he started with a hot towel, most massage therapist forget that as the first step. He did trigger point massage and myofascial release techniques, also had some tools handy to help with my referring pain. I have been doing massages for over 10 years so it was nice to have a fellow massage therapist give me one. The best part is I'm not sore. So good job .
