We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

His rate is very reasonable (one of the cheapest in 50 miles radius), and the quality is above and beyond. And he would come as soon as possible for the work (usually the next day after I contacted him). I have Kenny come over a few times in the last few months for multiple installations in our home: replacement of switches, power outlets, thermostats, baseboard heaters. More recently, he installed a doorbell chime and a transformer, with his help, I was able to put a smart doorbell. Also I want to mention that during his service, Kenny identified a couple potential fire hazards and fixed the issues: a burned wire that connected to one old baseboard heater, and another bad switch in the bathroom. He strictly follows the code and protocols: for example, he insisted using the temper resistant outlets, which protecting us from electric shock when there's water splash.
