I noticed a hot to touch light switch cover plate, and messaged Express Power that night around midnight. Jon came by the next morning, and was so friendly, prompt and professional and replaced what turned out to be a faulty dimmer switch. He even came back the following morning per my request when the ceiling lights were flickering, to make sure everything was safe at no charge! (turned out to be a PECO issue). When I called for a quote Jon answered right away and came out to my house the following day. He explained everything I would need and what the price would be. Unfortunately, he had a family emergency and had to reschedule the date for repairs but he gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Jon and his partner added washer/dryer hookups to my basement, fixed loose outlets in my bedrooms, installed an outlet in my kitchen, and installed ground wiring.
