I was put on a C-pap then later on I was told I needed a Bi-pap. I hated the C-pap had the worse time adjusting to it. Then I got introduced to Marie bless her heart. Marie has been so courteous and polite with me. Talks me through things and makes sure I understand. I can even call her with a problem or question. read more

Terrible customer service, completely lacking in professionalism. My husband went to return a wheelchair and was verbally confronted by an employee who was convinced they had spoken to me on the phone about a delivery. This was not the case, and no matter how many times my husband told him, he persisted. After multiple exchanges, the man finally accepted that my husband was not the person he thought, and gave a half-hearted apology. After the employee's obvious confusion and inability to communicate with a customer in a professional manner, the actual business at hand was able to continue. My husband was presented with paperwork to sign. He made the "mistake" of trying to read what he was signing, all the while the same employee kept telling him to "just sign and date it". We will not be using Lincare in the future. read more

This is the worst CPAP supplier you could find. We've been without supplies for over 90 days. Nobody you talk to on the phone has any idea how to solve an issue. (they are very nice mostly) it's always well call you next week and we're waiting for a doctor's signature. Even had my sleep doctor visit/appointment three weeks after they said they'd contact him and call me back . ( never called back obviously) Doctor said it's been submitted months ago resubmitted multiple times and even talked to the rep that was in the office that day. Still have my split open mask from August. There's no way for me to be compliant on my machine. read more

I needed to come to Lincare to get my new Cpap machine. I didn't really feel welcomed coming to the building, and I waited almost a half an hour before I was seen, passed my appointment time. No one gave me updates on when I was going to be seen, until I spoke up and asked when I was going to be seen because my brother had just passed away, and all I could think about was being with my family and getting the things done that we needed to get done. The specialist was finally able to see me, and I was very thankful to finally get in to see her. She gave me the rundown of sleep apnea, which I've had for years, but she was going over mainly the extremities of the new machine I was getting. The was very thorough with information, and I appreciated her patience with my questions, and just her thoughtfulness. I explained to her what happened to my brother, and she cried, which made me feel bad, but she said it was ok, and that she was sensitive to that type of thing. If I wanted anyone to explain to me about my cpap machine, it would be her. It's nice to be taken care of by someone who has a big of a heart as you do! read more

I have contacted Lincare to come and get the hospital bed, (2) Wheel chairs, and oxygen tank.. We have called every day and been told, someone would be at the house to pick these things up. Hospice Center in Columbus Indiana also contacted lincare. My aunt passed away 4-11-2019, We buried her on 4-15-19. 6 days have passed, still no one from lincare has came to retrieve their items. This is very unacceptable! I would not recommend Lincare to anyone! Losing a love one and having to endure of stress of seeing medical devices through out the home still, after a passing for 7 days is a very unacceptable way of doing business. read more

My Mother (age 75) has had nothing but problems from the Columbus, IN location. Her lung specialist ordered a bi-pap after a sleep study was done. And sleep apnea was diagnosed. We went to the Lincare office on State Street and they were a little "guarded" (they dont have many ppl come into the office). She was questioned regarding her medical, stated after her insurance approved it, they would order it. 5 months later,(and MANY calls later) she was called and we went in and picked it up. My mom asked for assistance in setting it up, they stated a respiratory Therapist would call and set an appt in the next few days. 5 months later, they called her and sd, since she wasnt using the machine, they would be coming to her house and picking it up. She contacted her lung doctor and explained the situation. He sd turn it back in and his office would do another sleep study..he winked and sd "maybe you can get a competent oxygen company, before the next sleep study". Waiting 11 months for Lincare to fulfill a Lung Specialists orders, is a bit too much. We just learned that they moved AGAIN! They are now located by the old Carpet Mania that burned down, off Michigan Street. read more
