I have been a customer of Craig's, not by choice, for over 7 years, purchasing all of my CPAP…read moresupplies from them every month. Over the last week I was lied to by multiple people at Craig's, as well as them lying to my Dr's office staff. They made excuse after excuse. My Dr sent them 2 prescriptions and when I called to have them filled and delivered, I was told that a prescription had never been received. So, they deliver my medical equipment, no medicine. The next day I find out from my Dr that Craig's had my prescription and someone from Craig's told them they had it the day before also. So, now, the delivery day for my area has passed and Craig's wants me, the patient with double lung pneumonia, to drive 2 hours round trip to get my medicine from them. They screwed up, they should have made a special delivery. Someone with pneumonia can't wait another week for meds and I'm not feeling up to that 2 hour drive. So, Craig's, you have lost my business. CPAP and otherwise. I'll take my business to Medi-Rents. They have better customer service!

I went back on 11/10 ( I work a hybrid schedule so wasn't back in the area until then). I was told that I was not able to return the walking pad - one that requires an electric cord to plug into the wall & a remote to work it, because it was not considered an "electronic" and not a part of their return policy. The manager proceeded to be rude and get smart with me and asked me why I would purchase something when I didn't know if it had all of the parts, which I followed up and asked her why they would sell something on the floor without all of the parts to it. She responded with "that's how it gets donated." So are you going to 1 shoe instead of a match? Are you going to sell a movie without the DVD in it? They really tried to convince me that a walking pad, that needs electricity to work, and has motors, was not an electronic device because it was exercise equipment. I didn't buy dumbbells. Since they didn't want to give me a refund for my purchase, I left my receipt with the manager & went and "donated" the walking pad BACK to them. I can't use it. So if you see an Ancheer walking pad in the back, don't buy it.

Was excited to see seeded watermelons and seeded grapes! We also grabbed some jelly's and apple butter. The Apple Butter took me back to Sunday mornings breakfast at Grandmas. The bakery side had a variety of yummy treats from doughnuts, pies, cookies and cakes. Definitely grabbed a few for later. The Apple Pie ice cream my hunnie ordered was delicious. When I asked about strawberry plants and was told they didn't have any, I mentioned I was a first time gardener and asked if she could recommend something beginner friendly. Her response was essentially "just pick something, all you have to do is water them." When I explained again that I was new and looking for guidance, she told me she couldn't help me. As a first time gardener trying to learn, that kind of dismissiveness was discouraging. If it weren't for the lovely woman at checkout, I likely wouldn't return. I ended up going to Ed's Plant World in Brandywine where the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful to a beginner. The difference was night and day. That said, I'm giving 4 stars because the place is really awesome in terms of selection and variety. The woman in the herb section may have just been having a bad day. It's absolutely worth checking out.
