Not good. Gave them every chance to treat me like a human being. They herd you around like livestock and give you assistance and equipment that THEY want you to have. Every CPAP client is treated like an idiot even if you're already using one. I really wanted this to be a good place, but I'm just a cog in a wheel. They offer only the cheapest equipment and you get to pick one of three choices. Employees don't care at all about their jobs. And they really don't care about their clients. In 2026 you can't be in a patient facing practice and not listen to or serve the needs of your patients. People, you don't have to put up with places like this. read more

Service is very poor at the most. You can give them supply wait 15 to 20 day to get half of what you aak for. One of my machine is going on a year and half for a service call. If I could find a nother company I would change in a heart beat. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars!!! I have been using them for home INR testing for the past 3 years. Since the beginning, I have had nothing but issues from them concerning the delivery of supplies, billing and insurance billing. I'm still fighting with them to submit a bill from over 8-months ago to my old insurance company. I was able to find another company that has amazing customer service. However, I have been trying to cancel my service with Lincare for over a month. My doctor has sent multiple letters to them stating I no longer need their services. read more

Initializing care with Lincare is easy enough, though there was a wait of two weeks for the initial appointment. The staff in the office are friendly and knowledgeable. However, once you are on continuing care, in my case with a CPAP, it becomes difficult to work with them. You can't reach the office directly and the 888 number reps aren't very helpful. I spent 3 months trying to cancel automatic shipments. I would call the customer service number and be transferred. If the call was successfully transferred, the next person wouldn't be able to stop the recurring shipments or "would send a message to the right person". The online portal doesn't have a way to stop auto shipments either, so you can only do so over the phone. Finally, today I confirmed they did get a message to stop the auto shipment. If you have a choice in providers, choose another CPAP machine equipment provider, if you can. I think Lincare may be the only game in town for CPAP supplies though. I now have boxes of supplies I won't be using because I no longer need the CPAP... read more

I've gone in circles with this company. I've lost track of how many calls I've made, how many minutes I've spent on hold, and how many times they have hung up on me. Unbelievable that this is their level of customer service. I'm just trying to get them to send me a correct supply item, after they incorrectly sent the wrong one. This is for CPAP, which I use nightly and it cannot wait, but they tell me I have to wait for a return label (but they can't tell me when I will receive it), then send back the incorrect item, wait for them to receive it, and then after that they will ship the correct one (in theory). They give out refurbished cpaps. My sister received one that evidently belonged to a smoker (could smell smoke from within machine). You would think this would be prohibited because of current COVID crisis. Unbelievable. read more

I was on a road trip and was spending the night in Fresno. At 4:00 pm I was unpacking my CPAP and I discovered I had left the reservoir for my machine at the last hotel I got on line and found Lincare in Fresno. They had the part, but a prescription was required for them to sell it to me. It is a frustrating and silly rule, but I understand that is was not their choice. We were finally able to get through to my doctor office. I gave them the info and fax number for Lincare to send the prescription. The office person said they would do their best, but couldn't guarantee they would be able to do it. We scrambled to find the Lincare office. We found it and knocked on the locked door (damn Covid). Juanita answered the door and told us they had not received the prescription. We told her it should be coming and pleaded with her to help us. We waited on the steps out front. Finally at five o'clock she came out to tell us they had the prescription. Though they close at five they stayed to do the paperwork to get me what I needed. In order to write a review, I had to give one star, which is one more than they deserved. My doctor wrote a prescription April 24, 2017 The hoops that Medicare require be jumped through were not completed until May 10, 2017 I have seen the fax verified report at my doctors office. It is today July 3, 2017, and I have not yet heard from these people. I called and spoke to Juanita, whose sigh of exasperation made it plain that it wasn't my place to question them. I was then spoken to like a small child being put in time out. " If. I. Find. It. Today. I. Will. Call. You. If. I. Find. It. Tomorrow. I. Will. Call. You." Never called me! I went to Ray Fisher to rent one, because my breathing was stopping over once a minute. Ended up buying it, with great service. So far not so good :-/ Been about two or three months and they still haven't gotten back to me about CPAP supplies (?) I called them on Friday and the girl said, "If you don't hear from me by Wed. give me a call". She said something about doctors orders (which were sent to them months ago) WHAT?? Today is Thursday ;-0 This would be the---I want to say fourth time I've called. I'm guessing they just don't want my business. Anyway I ended up going online to ordered what I needed and I didn't even need doctors order--plus I should get my supplies in about 4 days. Best service I have ever gotten from a respiratory/DME company! The CSRs don't get enough credit for all their hard work and over the top service that they give :) My grandma is satisfied with her walker and knows that if she ever needs any other DME equipment, Lincare is the place to go! They show you how to use the walkers and adjust them to fit your height :D read more

We turned in my mother's oxygen concentrator with 2 batteries and a month later they send her replacement that was supposed to come with 2 batteries with only one battery! Basically what they promised and what they deliver are two different things. With only one battery she can't function and even make it to doctors visits! They blame it on insurance changing things a week before it arrived - pointing fingers at someone else. If you want a company that will take care of it's patients/ clients it's not this one! They left her high and dry and didn't even try to get her situation reconciled. She's just a number to them!! read more

Lincare is now Medicare providers for CPAP supplies. I have been trying to order supplies since 1/9/19 and today is 2/13/19. This company hides behind Medicare requirements to cover up lack of adequate customer service. Their FAX number is perpetually busy, so any information they need from the doctor's office will never be received! Lincare has no follow up in place to track the needed information, so calling again takes the customer back to square one! I have extensive notes, dealt with the same rep at Lincare for continuity, spoken with office managers at my physician's office and have resorted to speaking to a supervisor at Lincare. What a tragic waste of time! The supervisor was determined to talk over me, refusing to acknowledge my six week attempt to order CPAP supplies might be handled differently by Lincare and virtually dismissed my point of view and frustration. AND LINCARE HAS THE MEDICARE CONTRACT SO THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE TO GETTING THE CPAP SUPPLIES I NOW DESPERATELY NEED. Mr. Supervisor said I might have to start over with another sleep study to fulfill these informational requirements. Perhaps if Mr. Supervisor would pick up the phone and actually show some interest in fulfilling any degree of customer service by working with the physician's office manager to send what Lincare needs, I would have my CPAP supplies. read more

Technicians are top - office not so much. They act like they are doing you a big favor by going out of their way to serve you. Very slow response time until you hear from technicians. read more
