I am from Illinois. I am on continuous oxygen. I went to Cleveland Clinic for tests and was in Cleveland for five days. My Lincare in Bradley, IL set up the travel order. Lincare in Garfield Heights delivered the equipment to the hotel two days before we arrived. The day before we were to leave, Lincare came to the hotel to pick up the empties and drop off full tanks for the six hour drive home. Lincare made it so easy for us. They were a Blessing. In March I return to Cleveland Clinic for more tests. I hope to use Garfield Heights again. Thank you Lincare. read more

Service from LIncare has been so bad I asked my Pulmonologist to find another supplier. Lincare delivered a 10/L compressor to my home. I was away for 2 wks rec'ing medical care, asked Pulmo to call LIncare to have compressor set up at hotel each night along the way. I followed up with each state Lincare, and was assured the compressor would be at the hotel. Only Charlotte, NC had the compressor in the hotel. They did a brilliant job. All others (7) failed and left me without any oxygen, including the 2 weeks in Cleveland, Ohio where Lisa, the mgr there was rude and dismissive to me and to the nurse at Cleveland Clinic. She said she told me to bring my own from home, which coincides with "I told you to clean up your room". I asked who was going to lift the thing in and out of the car every morning and night. The local provider, Casselberry, FL has been great to work with. But the parent company is hard to reach by phone, is certainly not customer oriented or service oriented for that matter. Lincare in Cleveland, OHio had plenty of time to find the equipment and deliver but flatly refused. Certainly no consideration for an oxygen dependent person. Because Lincare failed to provide any DME, I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a 5 Liter compressor, which is less O2 than I need. Name change to "Lin we don't care" works. People like I am and others depend on oxygen suppliers to live. Lincare is not that supplier. Would give minus 5 stars if I could, but I am forced to give an least one, which is dishonest. read more

Schedule an appointment with to have my Nebulizer delivered on April13th the time to be delivered was 9am-10am called around 9:30am to be told 10am-10:30am it's now 10:30am and I'm still waiting remind you I have severe asthma and bronchitis nobody was apologetic when I called more so frustrated as if I was bothering them! Lincare is the most incompetent medical service one could experience. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2022 and referred to Lincare. The machine that was provided would not download my information to their site. They always made ridiculous excuses requiring me to bring the machine into their office. I've since learned that that machine is known for being ineffective. They never got me fitted properly for a mask after many, many months. I finally decided to just quit even though I was aware that I needed it. I went to a different doctor who made available A plethora of supplies. I can't caution you strongly enough to avoid Lincare if you have sleep apnea, they will frustrate you and you might become disillusioned and give up even though you truly need this treatment. read more

I called the help line and I was rudely told no one could help me until the next day. My damaged equipment unfortunately happened on the week end. The employee who was supposed to help me said he was at home and did not and could not help me at all. Just call someone else tomorrow. My husband's hospital bed had a bar hanging onto the floor under the bed. I asked if it was safe for my husband to sleep in it, and again no reply. I wish there was a rating under one star. Whatever you do find a new company. I know its hard to find one with good customer service, but this is NOT your place. I returned my equipment over 7 weeks ago and closed out all my accounts. Then they send a letter saying that if I don't pay it will go to collections. PAY WHAT? I call and they say it just hasn't caught up in billing dept to close yet really?? 2 days later I have a charge. Wouldn't you know I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. ridiculous!! read more

Worst place, even met the so called manager Miranda, who has ZERO concern or empathy to assist patients. If they want to be in such a business maybe go do something else where you sit in back office. Ridiculously complicated process and paper pushers. No genuine approach to help. O my god, go wherever else infact MSC medical supplies is a much better local company to work with.
