Repeated calls to the customer service and billing departments only created more confusion. I finally out of desperation emailed and requested a reply from someone other than a first level CSR. I received a call from someone who claimed to not be a billing person and he offered to settle the bill for one third less to settle the debt. As per my conversation with Medicare companies,doctors etc. my wait for up to twelve months before billing you. Just to let ya'll know.

We are fairly new to the area and state. This is not very welcoming and lacks compassion for people who care for the physically or mentally challenged.

Only one arrived but after we called them back it was due to human error. That happens in life. They were so kind they gave us a wonderful discount. I was impressed. We used the scooters for the week at the Sewing Convention we attended. They saved my knees and I was able to focus on my sewing instead of pain. The chairs were well kept. They charged easily when plugged in. The 4 wheel one I requested is very sturdy and does not tip over. The cost is average and great value when you count it saved my knees and the service you get with pick up and delivery. This is not the only time that this has happened when I've gotten to the pharmacy before 15 minutes before it closes and it's already closed. They say that the cash register turns off at 5:00 PM at this CVS at target. I've been with the CVS for many many years however I will be switching because I do not think the customer service is what it used to be. Back when Tom was the pharmacist, he truly cared about people. He also didn't yell your private information from where the pharmacist is standing in the back, looking at medication's, including your name, date of birth and your medication. I am in the healthcare in the stream of myself, and I do not believe that this adheres to HIPAA practices.

She supposedly called MUSC pediatrics in Mount Pleasant and said despite two people confirming it was sent to Walgreens it somehow got sent to sweet grass Pharmacy on 1952 Long Grove Dr.. at that point I said I'd pick a prescription up. I drove around for five minutes. I could not find a pharmacy at that address. I then parked at Musc pediatrics parking lot and walked around in the rain and could not find it. I then called sweet grass. They told me they'd moved. I got the directions and drove up the street past the restaurant, basil. When I got there I heard the voice. I talked to on the telephone and they started take care of me when I asked them when they moved. They said four years ago I told them I looked it up on yelp and this is the address I got and I've been driving around all that time once I heard the word yelp they seem to be friendlier. Everything essentially went well. They had a problem with the prescription I had to pay cash for it, but thank God it was generic I I can't believe then four years. I'm the only one that got the wrong directions from Yelp that was the only downside of the entire experience.

While I was traveling, my wife attempted to pick up my prescription on my behalf. I personally spoke with three different pharmacy employees from an airplane trying to determine where my medication was. I was repeatedly told the prescription was still at my health clinic. That was wrong. My health clinic confirmed the prescription had been sent back to the pharmacy hours earlier. Despite that, the pharmacy still claimed not to have it, and my wife was unable to pick it up. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication, prescription tracking, and basic pharmacy procedure. Had this been insulin, seizure medication, heart medication, or another time-sensitive medication, the consequences could have been far more serious. South Carolina law requires pharmacies to maintain proper prescription records and dispensing documentation. In my case, the pharmacy could not accurately account for the status or location of my prescription and repeatedly gave incorrect information. Patients deserve accurate information, competent service, and confidence that their medication can be located when needed. Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Sweetgrass Pharmacy and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

This visit I was with Kevin, who did not hesitate to listen and remedy the issue. He was very friendly and engaging, and asked me questions to ensure I was taken care of. While I don't have to visit Reliable Medical often, when I do they always treat me with respect and help take care of any issue. The office is now located in Summerville, so a little further drive this time for me. But they are easy to find and still operate in a friendly, professional manner. Thanks.

On January 3rd I called and Debra was going to call me back. I told my FNP about what was going on and she was going to have her CMA call and ask what the hold-up was. I called back on January 12 and Debra was going to call me back. I told them I'd rather not have to deal with their company as Debra never did call me back from January 3rd. Sleep apnea is a very dangerous health condition and the companies that provide CPAPs should be quick to deliver.
