Interesting timing. This is after weeks of poor communication, being ignored, being sent paperwork that belonged to the other party instead of my own claim information, and only getting responses after public reviews were posted. The Department of Insurance has officially opened a review file regarding their conduct during the handling of my claim. At this point I'm documenting everything carefully. I would strongly recommend people keep detailed records of every interaction if dealing with this company.
