Honestly I hate shopping for insurance and hate talking to insurance agents....that is until I met Jun. My husband and I like his no BS approach and no high pressure sales pitch. We just tell him what we need, and he researches for the best quote then makes a recommendation to us. When we have a question, he's very patient in explaining the policy to us in layman's term so we don't have to wrap our heads around insurance jargon. I recently switch my car insurance from AAA to StateFarm because their diamond bar branch agents have no concern toward their customers. I literally felt discriminate from their agent not only that I got stood up after making an appointment with their agent. In conclusion, AAA has lost a royal customer been with then since 2013 that's when I got my first car. As for Jun Yin, he cares not only to his existing customers new customers as well. Junbo is great! We switched to State Farm from another insurance company that does not cover home insurance. We are glad we did! When I got into a minor fender bender I called junbo right away and he went above and beyond to get everything taken care of! With my last insurance company, I had to keep calling them and I had to give my statement a million times. Not with Junbo, he takes initiative and knows what he is doing. I have had Geico insurance for 15 years. When I first got it, it was the cheapest I could find so I never switched. Recently I bought a home and Geico/Liberty mutual cancelled my home insurance a month after I moved in because they somehow wrote down on my contract that I had a Yorkshire Terrier. I have a Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull), and they didn't cover him. My mortgage lender referred me to an insurance agent and the cheapest insurance she could find was $400 more than I was already paying. So I researched online what is the best insurance for home owners with pitbulls and State Farm came up every time. This is gonna sound like a commercial but it's totally true and I'm super happy. State Farm not only saved me $100 on my home insurance, I moved my auto insurance over to them and am now saving $700 a year on that as well! SO happy. I highly recommend. It's not fair to penalize someone with a certain breed of dog to pay more than someone else especially when there is no history of aggression and, my dog is the sweetest thing ever. All I got to say is, don't break up with Jun from State Farm. He is hands down the best agent ever. If you want to buy a new car and get different quotes you can just text him vins and he will give you quotes as you shop. He genuinely cares about you and will answer whatever questions you have. He looks out for you and actually works hard on getting you the best price. I was silly to leave him and try AAA, I quickly realized no agent will ever come close to his service and messaged him to take me back. Exchanged a few messages and was quickly quoted and insured again. I've been with him for almost five years, despite my little moment of leaving thinking AAA had more to offer. Boy was I wrong.
