Two months ago my wife and I needed to find home insurance. Being new homeowners, we were not familiar with some of the language and details, so I asked questions a lot, and Mike was happy to inform and even teach me about some the terms I was not familiar with. Mike you're amazing! Due to a flood in my home my family were told we needed to relocate for two months within less than 24 hours. State farm was very proactive. I was unable to get to my agent which was located a good 45 mins away from my home to cut an emergency check for my temporary relocation. My Claims rep contact Mike (whom is not my agent by the way but is 5 mins away) who did not have too but he stood in the gap and help move things along which surly was a blessing to my family and I by cutting the check for me.
