I've been to many PT offices over the years and they all have been warm and welcoming, which is pretty typical for physical therapy. This place however, was the strangest PT office I've ever experienced! I walked in and there were five PT's in the one small room that we were all in (no patient privacy), and not one person greeted me, said hello, we'll be right with you, nothing. I sat there for 30 minutes, waiting for my turn and not one person even looked or smiled at me. I started to feel that I must be in the wrong place or something. Got a last minute call that they cancelled my appointment like 5 mins before my appointment. I went in anyways inside to see if there was anyone available. No front desk staff. People stared at me down like hawks. The PT in red hair (Loree) was so rude to me and offered no apology and no compassion when I tried to explain the situation. KIME Roseville is THE best physical Therapy experience I have ever had. I've been to A LOT of PT operations over the years for injury recovery, post-op, and general treatment. KIME's methodology is very dynamic and proactive in that they do not assess you once, hand you a set of exercises, and send off to do them yourself without feedback. I've been seeing DPT Maggie for almost two months now for a Bulging Disc injury. I'm a Wildland fire fighter and competitive snowboarder. Needless to say, it's been great! As an athlete, I search for a DPT when injured that understands athletic conditioning verse gen pop. Because not every DPT comes from or works with that background. This place is exactly what I was looking for. People who specialize in rehabilitation of injured athletes and get them back to that competitive level in a manner that is hard to find elsewhere. I have nothing but positive things to say about this group. I had a total hip replacement in July, but couldn't start p/t for 2 months. I am working with Sydney and she is young and bright and although I have had some pain, I understand that is to be expected. This Kime location provides excellent Physical Therapy! I have had experiences with other Physical Therapy companies and locations, but this one is the absolute best!! They provide very personal care and attention. They ask ow you are doing, what you are experiencing and work to develop a very personalized therapy program. They don't just use canned treatments and during your time there, the therapists are giving you one-on-one attention. They are not distracted with trying to pay attention to other patients at the same time. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy. I have been to a few therapist's but none like Scott at Kime. His knowledge and deep massage on and around area of pain He directs you with home exercise. He also immediately showed me which machines were best to stenenghten and relax those muscles in my back that causes the pain. read more

AMAZING service and results! Kime (Roseville) was easy to schedule appointments, and they got us in quickly for our first appointment. My daughter suffered a dislocated knee cap with mild ligament tearing and bone bruising while playing soccer, and Tony gave back her confidence to get out on the field again through the physical therapy exercises and by challenging her limits in therapy. He discussed her goals with her and provided the exercises needed to reach them. Not only does Tony (Kime) work on rehabbing the injury through physical therapy, but he also educates on the importance of nutrition and sleep, which can be a challenge for youth to begin with! I have been trying for decades (literally) to get relief for my back pain to no avail. I had gotten to the point where I couldn't stand for more than 10 minutes and walking without leaning on something like a shopping cart was impossible. Even standing was becoming a chore. I wish I had found this place in the 1990's when my pain started! Nolan has been working with me to strengthen my back and stretch the muscles that support it. I am now able to shop without a cart and walk several blocks and stand. It's liberating! I have a new lease on life! read more

Not very impressive. In 3 months I have had 4 providers, do to that lack of consistently my recovery has suffered. Not well organized, they have canceled opponents hours before it was supposed to start, with out rescheduling. Their attention is always split between clients and always feels rushed. If they had to rely on good business models and not insurance it would be hard for them. They are nice and friendly. Bless their heart. read more

I had an amazing experience with KIME, specifically Morgan, who is newer to the Roseville location. I originally started working with Morgan at the Sacramento location in January. I tore my labrum in my hip while rock climbing and was recommended surgery because of the severity of the tear and the pain that came with it. Through 8 months of hard work and trust in Morgan's process, a couple of weeks before my scheduled surgery date, I was able to push the surgery back indefinitely because of all the progress I made. Morgan's diligent attention and quality in picking workouts suited specifically for my needs took me from ambling with a limp unable to perform almost any type of workout, to lifting, running, hiking, and excelling at my climbing. I can't thank her enough nor say enough good things about the care she puts into her treatment. I followed her to Roseville for the last bit of my care, and I'll make the drive if ever needed in the future. 10/10 recommend! read more

Was very impressed the first couple times we went. After that there were distractions with other patients during appointments and we were told that they were waiting on insurance authorizations to schedule future appointments. After speaking with insurance we didn't need pre authorization for PT my son had 24 sessions available for use for his current injury. This delayed treatment and caused headaches. If you are going through insurance there are many other fantastic pt that work with athletes. read more

I was discouraged with my recovery from a shattered ankle. I had a pretty severe limp and was disappointed thinking I'd be stuck with this weird walk. I found Kime online and felt some relief when I called for an appointment. The receptionist made me feel like I'd found the right place for my recovery needs. After my first appointment I felt hope. Back in 2019, I went to KIME after receiving a PRP treatment to my Achilles' tendon. For over six years I had struggled with this injury. At 60 years old, I had given up hope. After completing PT at KIME my Achilles is functioning at 100%. I am fully back to playing tennis and and all other activities without any pain whatsoever. I have been going to Kine for a broken knee and torn ACL. I can't say enough good things about Nolan my therapist. He's expert, he cares and he's communicative. I have also worked with Tony who is the principe and Alison the very talented sports medicine massage therapist. I'm a 50 year old athlete (cycling, running, skiing, water sports etc.). The thing I appreciate most about Kime is their can do attitude. They get the mentality and they put in the work with you. I went to two other physical therapists offices first but Kime stuck. Unfortunately the pictures don't look like the same location I went to (Roseville). The Roseville location is literally just a small room off of the back of a gym. Not a lot of equipment, and completely dead as far as energy goes. I felt as if the PT literally couldn't wait to be out of there, and it was only 11 AM. After a short assessment period where he had me walk and do a few things, he told me what he thought the plan should be. Once again, I felt like he could not care either way if I came back or not because of his delivery and energy. After foam rolling and some other things, my injury ached for at least 3 days. Not the right treatment for me. PT also told me he doesn't suggest that I get new shoes- I thought that was odd since I was experiencing bad shin splints and my shes had not yet been replaced. I chose to do so not long after my appointment and have felt significant improvement over my normal aches and pains throughout the day with old shoes. Instead of continuing treatment with Kime, I chose to go to Results Physical Therapy in Rancho Cordova and couldn't be happier. Not only did they have equipment that wasn't as ancient as the sun, but the assessment was completely different and I am not hurting at all. No foam rolling and further injury of the area. Oh, and they had me running the first appointment (I was in for shin splints). Unlike Kime, I will not be rolling in pain the next few days and the energy was great at Results (even on New Years Eve there was a host of people in there). I was told I need orthotics and had some time in them as I was there. Pain felt better and I feel I'm already on my way to recovery with a good plan. If you take a look at Kime, good luck with the Roseville location, it was dead on arrival. read more

I asked my rheumatologist to refer me to Kime Performance for Physical Therapy, to help me develop a set of workouts that would tone my muscles, but protect a number of joints that are deteriorating from osteo arthritis. I'm very active and trying to stay in the best physical condition that I possibly can without inflaming my joints. I've been seeing Zac at the Roseville Kime Performance location for about three months. He has defined four different workouts for me and we've had to make some adjustments to minimize joint strain. Recently, when in activities like hiking in snow or working on home projects that require strength, I've had a number of people comment about my leanness, visible muscle definition and striking flexibility. I attribute all this to the workouts that Zac gave me. I see him less frequently now as we adjust the workouts to make the movements more challenging or to increase repetitions or weights. I've been working out in a local gym for years but have never been as fit as I am now. I'm extremely pleased with the results and grateful to Zac. The actual Physical Therapy room is not large, but it is attached to a fully fitted gym so there is access to fitness equipment. The staff is friendly and supportive. I couldn't be happier! read more
