Once home was purchased called about a month later and requested pest control from them, wanted to set us regular service and regular treatments, 5 months later still no phone call after being told someone would contact me, again a week ago I called they took name and number and told me someone would call, toward end of week, no phone call, again I called they took my name and number and gave a reason that the person assigned to had gone wrong n vacation, but advised the would give it to Wayne , 3 business days later and still no call. Looks like they do not need business and customer service is not a priority, oh wait I'm not their customer because they never called me back. At this point they couldn't pay me to use them. Go elsewhere !!!!

I signed up in July and no one ever called me so in late august i called, they said they wrote the wrong number down, A clerical problem. That is fine, it happens so i give the right number and had a tech call me. Tech cancelled due to weather, again thats fine, cant help what mother nature does. I get a bill in the mail. I call and speak to a manager and he said tech came out, but i talked to tech and he cancelled. He said he would look into and call me back, he didnt even call me back, he had the tech call and say another clerical issue had happened and he never went out, so we rescheduled again, unfortunately my grandfather got sick and i had to reschedule then he died the following week so i had to reschedule again, then tech was a no show, i text the tech for about 2 weeks, no reply. i called the office and was told i would get a call back, 5 TIMES. got another bill in mail, again tech was a no show but im getting billed, called corp office a 6th time, she said managers are in meeting, They apparently are always having a meeting, but was assured i would get a call back. No call again, i called and spoke with Melinda and she said they arent in a meeting anymore and they have left for the day. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!

Spoke to my technician on the phone in April to schedule a spray. He texted me previously to…read moreschedule so when I talked to him on the phone I asked if I could use that number to text him to schedule instead of calling and playing phone tag. He said yes. June 30th I messaged to schedule, no response. Yesterday 07/07/2026, I got an email statement showing that my June payment was never made.... It's set up on autopay from my debit card. I've also never received any emailed statements from them the entire time I've used them. I assume they only send you a statement when you're behind... What's crazy is that I've received several texts and emails about new services and add ons to my service but no communication on a missed payment until the next bill. I call the main number on the website to see if they can tell me why my payment wasn't made because there was nothing wrong on my end or wrong with my card. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and just said she didn't know- wasn't willing to even look into it. Whatever. So I ask her if she can tell me why I never got a response from my technician to schedule. She proceeded to say that they don't have to reply and I should have just called the main number to schedule. At this point I wish I had just gone with a different company. Especially after everyone I have talked to about this has said they've had bad experiences also. All in all, don't bother setting up automatic payments because apparently they don't take the payment, don't bother messaging the technician that's assigned to your house for a spray, and don't call the main number for questions because you're just gonna be met with nasty attitude. Do better.

First day went great, second day, the day of completion was awful. Seeding done over entire boundary line of piled up dead grass, same throughout reseeded area. after multiple phone calls and promises some reseeding done a few weeks later with promise to come back in spring. this spring I initiated those phone calls again with same promises, same no shows this whole job was a waste of a lot of money and equal amount of frustration trying to work w owner to make it right
