From the first phone call and throughout this entire year, I have been super pleased with all contact, advice & recommendations & services. He's professional, communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, efficient & effective at providing lawn care spraying & services. His lawn care business has spread through my neighborhood in Arrington because his yards always look the BEST!!! You can tell the occasional neighbor who does not use him yet because their yards are not as green & struggles with different issues & get funguses throughout the year. He's on top of my lawn care needs. He scientifically understands what's going on with my yard and what it needs. It makes it totally easy for me to have a great person to work with that just knows what he's doing. I'd highly recommend Mr. Lawn (AJ). The lady from a BugOut called at 939am on September 7, 2023 asking where I lived the driver was having difficulty finding my home. I told her we're I lived and she said ohhh you live on 7th Avenue not 7th Street? I said correct. She stated the technician will be there shortly. So I waited, waited, waited, and waited it was 1030. I called the office left a message on the answering machine and waited more I called numerous times and left messages on the answering machine. Finally it was 3pm and I got a hold of someone and she said she would have to call me back as she just walked in to the office, I said fine. Well 5pm came and that's their closing time! So I waited all day for no one to show up and not even a call saying we don't want to have you as a customer, nothing. Will be filing complaints with all offices I can.
