Waited hours to be seen by a doctor, and then when I was finally in the waiting room I had to wait another hour while the doctor laughed with patients in the other room like the rest of us didn't have appointments also. Don't go here if you care about being seen in a timely manner. Staff don't respect patient's time and lives the way they used to. read more

My main concern is that this practice did not share crucial information about my children's blood work. One child has anemia, and all three have just over the level of triglycerides. The blood work was competed by LSMC in december and January. I just got the results in March from a new provider (who was able to request the blood work). Do not go here. Here's the story if you're interested. Our pediatrician of 12 years closed her practice and we switched to Lincoln Square Medical Center (LSMC). Don't park in lot next door. In general the place doesn't feel welcoming or clean. The staff seemed disinterested. I took my sons (10 yrs) and the pediatrician did blood work. About a week later, we called for results and were told we had to go back into the office for the results. This has never been a request with any other provider i've met with. My daughter, 12 yrs, had an upcoming appt. so my husband decided he'd just get the boys results at her appt. When he went with her, he was also very under impressed with the office and staff. The pediatrician reported that the boys didn't have their Hep b series (only thing we were informed about from the blood work). Which was surprising b/c we have been up to date with all of our vaccines. She started the series. We took my daughter in specifically to test for anemia, and they completed the blood work. About a week later, I called for the results of her blood work, and again, was informed I had to make an appointment with the pediatrician to get the results. I explained that was difficult with my scheduled and asked if the doctor or nurse could call with the results. I was informed they could not. I requested the results to be posted in her patient portal. I asked for all the children's results to be posted in the portal. Staff shared they could upload to the portal. The staff did upload the results, but I needed a code to access the results. When I called back, no one could help me. My husband and I knew, we didn't like this clinic, but we have a HMO and it is a huge pain to find and switch coverage and providers. It took about a month for us to find another provided (recommended by friends) and switch our HMO group. It took the new provider 2 weeks to get our results, b/c Lincoln Square Medical Center sent the results to the incorrect clinic. The new provider, just called us, on our phones, similar to every other provider I've ever worked with, and informed us that all 3 kids are just over the level of triglycerides. One of the boys has anemia (not his sister). This is infuriating b/c this was not mentioned to my husband, when the LSMC pediatrician provided him with results. Another interesting part is that the new pediatrician does not see evidence for our sons to have started the Hep B series. We have to continue since we started, but it was not needed. LSMC started an unneeded procedure and withheld information. What really gets me, is that it was easier for us to change our HMO group and find a new doctor, then to get LCSM to release my children's results. Also, the new ped. over the phone, told us the results and developed a plan to address all the concerns. Easy peasy. Never go here. read more

Baby ear piercing!! I've never been here, BUT i think this place deserves some credit for (according to the sign in the window) baby ear piercing...starting at 3 months old! My pediatrician's office offers it for 8 y/o+, and i checked with other pediatricians in my area, to no avail. I finally resorted to taking both of my babies to Claire's- who did a fine job, but it just seems safer, calmer and more private to do it at a doctors office. i wish I had found this place sooner!! read more

I have been taking my daughter to this location as well as the Lincolnwood location to see Dr. Anna Christoff for a few years. She is awesome. But she is no longer at the Lincoln Square location, so I will no longer be taking my daughter here. Today, at 11am, I called. Was greeted and told the woman that my daughter was sick and asked if she could be seen today. The woman asked if I could make it there by 11:30am. It was no problem, so I said "yes" and she said "ok, see you at 11:30". I arrived at 11:30am, had problems with the lot, so I had to park across the street and pay for parking. So I walked in a few minutes later. Signed in at the front desk. Waited in the waiting area about 7-10 minutes before we were called back. They took my daughter's weight, temp, bp, O2 sat, etc. and showed us to room 2. The doctor, which I didn't even catch her name, an Indian (?) doctor, came in after a medical student. The doctor explained that my daughter most likely had a virus. Then hammered me about why I should come 15 minutes before my appointment. I explained to her that I called at 11am and was told to come at 11:30am. I don't think she even heard me because she wasn't interested in what I had to say, she just wanted to get her point across that it takes time to "triage" patients which makes the doctor get behind schedule. I wasn't about to argue with ignorance, so I left it at that. That being said, if arriving 15 minutes early is requested, the front desk should say that on the phone. If I called at 11am and they wanted me there at 11:15am, I would've said I couldn't do it, and we would've looked for another time! I asked front desk to provide a school note for my daughter. The girl asked my daughter's name and date of birth, typed something up, and handed me a printed note. The problem is, this is an official medical note that is to be provided to a school to be documented for a student's absence. Now, I understand only a few people might see it, but that doesn't mean proper capitalization and grammar isn't needed! And I don't mean she mistyped 1 thing. Everything on the sheet was sloppy, my daughter's first letter of first and last name were not capitalized, punctuation marks were missing. Terrible. read more

Horrible Place. We accidentally went their today because the hospital my son was in made a mistake on the address. There was so much wrong with this place I was glad that my appt. was an accident. First I tried to call before my appt. to check what we should bring. But was answered and put on hold for 8 mins without anyone coming back to check if I was still there The office was freezing The parking lot and the office waiting room are not wheel chair friendly The staff was not friendly since it was an accident with the hospital putting the wrong address, the receptionist said its not their fault and there is nothing they can do except for me to wait for 2 hours for another Dr. to come in, since the Dr there had to go on break. she finally called the other office and I was able to go there. This office is walk in friendly so how could you not see us for two hours. The reason I give these two stars and not one is because another lady I'm assuming she was a nurse actually said about talking to the Dr. to see if she could squeeze him in and the Dr. actually came out to talk. I didn't talk to her cause the other office was able to see us in 45 mins so we booked it out of there. read more

I often over looked the dingy appearance and drafty rooms because I found a wonderful Pediatrician, Dr Anna Christoff. Despite finding a doctor that I like I doubt I will ever return to this office. The night before my scheduled appointment I was threatened with a $30 charge if I could not attend. The following morning, about an hour before my appointment, the office canceled. I inquired about compensation for the late cancellation but was denied. The unprofessional atmosphere and the way management handles their patients will keep me from returning. read more

I came with my infant baby and gave her name and our appointment time to the receptionist. After waiting a long time, they finally figured out that they mixed the records of my baby with an older child even though I told her my name. They finally let me see the doctor but not before a walk-in patient saw the doctor before us. The same receptionist also previously demanded that I bring my insurance card. I told her that I already gave her the insurance numbers and does she really need it and no she didn't need it. My baby's folder even had a big neon sticker that said copay. Ironically she's the one who put the sticker on the folder a week prior. I gave this office two stars because I like Dr. Khan very much. He listened and cared. Too bad he doesn't have another office. read more

WORST CLINIC IN THE WORLD. I had an appointment and had to pay BEFORE I saw the doctor Sadiqi. I went into her office and I told her I KNEW for a fact I wasn't pregnant. She told me i HAD to take a urine test for an extra $10. What do you know, it came back negative. Then i went on to explain my symptoms and she told me word for word "you should get that checked out". She refused to give me an ultrasound because that was an extra $150. SHITTIEST Doctor I've ever been to. I hope they close soon! read more
