They have cookware, cutlery, and so much more. Great customer service and everything was displayed in such an easy way to see the items and what was in the box. I think this is a one stop shop for birthday and Christmas for all my family and friends.

Naturally I had to go in. I love cooking and obsessed with good kitchen stuff. Sur La Table and Williams-Sonoma. This store has Zwilling options I didn't even know existed. Storage, salt & pepper automated shakers, drinkware, flatware, pots & pans. I honestly thought they only specialized in knives! I am loving the Zwilling flatware and pots/pan options. They offer a variety of options including knives, cookware, flatware, storage, tableware, small kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils and kitchen organization. Bonus is they carry Miyabi Japanese knives. Individual knives but also Miyabi knife sets with butcher blocks. Don't even ask how much those are. I have just one Miyabi Japanese chef's knife and that was an investment that cost me $200. It's my favorite knife. No joke on the quality but also just the beautiful design and look. Service was good. There was a gentleman who asked if I needed help and proceeded to let me know about the specials they have on a regular basis. He informed me of the random sales in the store and also let me know they had sales for Miyabi since I showed interest in that. Apparently, they had Miyabi Japanese knives that were 60% off. It was a beautiful serrated knife. I looked at the regular price and sale price and it was still too expensive for me. I almost have to wonder if they just bump up the price tag just to slash for the effect of a "sale". I feel this way about most of the factory stores. All in all, this store was beautifully organized with tons of kitchen options. These kitchen retail store make me happy.

Extremely Disappointed -- $5,500 Water Filtration System and No Support…read more I purchased a whole-house water filtration system from Carico Intl. in May 2025 for approximately $5,500. Before purchasing, I was told by Danny that the filter came with a lifetime warranty. I was also specifically instructed not to backwash the system for one year, because the impurities needed to accumulate in the filter before backwashing. I followed those instructions exactly and trusted what I was told. On May 16, 2026, after approximately one year of use, I performed the first backwash. The backwash water came out completely clear, as if the filter had captured nothing at all. I contacted Danny, and he walked me through the backwashing procedure to make sure I wasn't doing anything incorrectly. The result was the same: nothing had accumulated in the filter after a full year of use. Danny acknowledged that this was unusual and told me that there should have been dirt and impurities in the backwash water. He promised to send a technician to inspect the system. No technician was ever sent. I waited and followed up again in August 2026. This time, the story had changed. I was told that the system only had a 90-day warranty and that I would now have to pay $300 for a technician to travel from New York to New Jersey simply to diagnose the problem. This is extremely frustrating. I did exactly what I was instructed to do. I did not wait a year to report a problem because I neglected the system--I waited because I was specifically told not to perform the first backwash until after one year. When I finally did so, the system appeared to have captured absolutely nothing. Now, instead of standing behind a $5,500 system or investigating the issue based on the circumstances, Carico is asking me to pay another $300 just to have someone come out and determine whether the system they sold me is defective. Christian Lesmez ultimately responded that they cannot determine whether the system is defective without an in-person diagnosis and that the $300 charge is for the technician's travel and diagnostic visit. They say they will replace a defective part if their technician determines that a manufacturing defect exists. My question is: why am I being asked to pay $300 to diagnose a system that I was told had a lifetime warranty, after I followed Carico's own instructions and reported the problem when I was finally told to perform the first backwash? At this point, I feel that I was misled about both the warranty and what I should expect from this filtration system. I paid $5,500 expecting a functioning whole-house filter and reasonable support from the company. Instead, after following their instructions, I am left with a system that appears not to have filtered anything and a company that is now pointing to a 90-day warranty. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from Carico Intl. get every warranty representation and every maintenance instruction in writing before spending thousands of dollars. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I do not feel that Carico has stood behind the product they sold me. I hope Carico will reconsider and resolve this fairly rather than requiring the customer to pay another $300 simply to determine why a $5,500 filtration system apparently did not capture any impurities during the year I was instructed to use it.
