Two months later, I was contacted and told I owed more money. The balance then changed multiple times -- first I was told $800. Then, AFTER a "50% discount," I was told the amount owed was $1,193! There was no clear or coherent explanation. Invoices issued months later included "Income Tax Return" charges despite my prior payment and being told the account was closed, making the billing appear retroactive and inconsistent. Communication was slow and unreliable despite repeated follow-ups. I was told the head CPA, George, would get back to me about my billing dispute once he was back from vacation. Two months went by before I reached out again and heard anything. I made a reasonable, good-faith offer to resolve the matter if a final invoice confirming no remaining balance was issued. That never happened. Instead, billing continued, including yet another invoice sent in January 2026. Their billing practices are confusing, delayed, and poorly managed. I would avoid them, but if you don't, I strongly caution you to scrutinize invoices carefully and not assume that being told an account is "paid in full" actually ends billing. Document everything. This was not a good experience - on top of their already exorbitant fees.

This last year he didn't even give me my taxes until the day before the deadline to pay even though I had been emailing and admin about them. When I told him I had questions and I didn't want them filed a certain way he told me it was too late and I would have to pay anyways, even if I wanted to file an extension. Now I'm out $12,000 because he filed the wrong way and refuses to correct them. He either won't respond to emails or give nothing but excuses. If you care about having someone who's concerned about your best interest stay far away from this person.
