She gave a great massage, didn't hurt me while trimming or filing the toe nails, and didn't engage in meaningless chitchat. Al great. The only downside was the couple with their small children. The baby (probably 2-3) screamed his head off and the toddler ran amok, even sitting on and tipping over one of the chairs. The man was finished with his services, and instead of taking the kids out of the spa, he just sat there. Oblivious to the other people around. We were working against a clock to get this done (it was not busy). It was painful. Cutting the nails down too far. Ripping at my cuticles with the little scissors. My feet were barely in the water. The "massage?" More like someone rubbing lotion on my legs. Hot towel? Yes, left there until it was cold. Good job on the polish though. The manicure. Apparently I don't know how she expects me to move my hand because she kept scolding me as she turned it the way she wanted it. Sorry. She got annoyed with me because the polish wasn't curing under the light. My bad. Pretty sure that's not my fault. She didn't remove the one layer leaving it tacky (I did it myself). Good job shaping my nails and for getting the design right. I'm not from the area and just popped in while I was in the area. There were other people doing nails in there but I don't think I'd go back. The gal doing my nails didn't even say hello. Asked me what color and what design. I don't wanna chit chat but a simple hello would've been nice. The reception folks were nice and the man was so happy with how my nails turned out (me too) but the process to get there just wasn't enjoyable.
