He chooses to not take my 2nd call and emails me that he could longer work on my return because it's too complicated...and he tells me this 2 days before tax deadline, the 13th. He probably would not have emailed me if didn't reach out to him. The more I think about it, the more I realize he was just googling how to file an ITIN. Two items led me to discontinue using their service. I'm only going to share one because I don't want to completely ridicule them. I had a relatively complex tax question where I needed my accountant and real estate agent on a call to discuss tax implications of a transaction. When Armik came on the phone I quickly realized that he didn't know anything about my tax history. Not only had he not prepared for the call he also failed to realize that I was his client and only after giving me poor advice asks me to contact my personal accountant. When I tell him that he is in fact my accountant, he doesn't seem embarrassed by the mistake, doesn't apologize. Here I am trusting my accountant to give me solid advice and he doesn't even know me. The worst part is that a week later I get a bill for an absurd amount for his 15 minutes on the call. Useless and expensive for relatively little customer service.
