The flexibility is amazing and the faculty/teachers were great for the most part. I had the chance to attend many field trips, but I also got to attend prom and a physical graduation which meant a lot to me as I didn't wanna miss out on that. They gave the full experience of prom and graduation and senior year overall for me. There was one teacher who doubted me and made me feel bad and like I wouldn't succeed, but I overcame that and did not let him push me around or put me down. I graduated a year after he put me down and I will always remember him as my motivation to prove him wrong. I had another teacher who was outstanding and so supportive to me. I still have a voicemail she left me before I graduated where she was just telling me how amazing my last essay was and how good of writer I was and how she believes in me and my ability to succeed in the future. She has been in the back of my mind since and has been my biggest motivation since then even though she doesn't teach me anymore. Her support my senior year was enough support to keep me going even in my second year of college now. Would recommend this school (as long as your child is wanting to be homeschooled!)

(Only the five star reviews were listed on Niche.com which makes me wonder what other reviews are not included on their website.) My son has attended Aspen Academy from kindergarten, now in fourth grade. If you want a full on business and leadership program for your child, then the school is well designed. Our son is cognitively gifted and grasps math concepts quickly. Aspen Academy does not offer acceleration, nor true differentiation in the classroom. You would be better off at a good neighborhood public school. Their culture of kindness is great. Aspen Academy changes their curriculum every 3 years, so as a parent you'll need to be on top of what your kid is learning. For Conservative Christians, be on guard, because the curriculum chosen for literature and social studies in 2025, has teachings from Buddhism and Hinduism. Very controversial content to be aware of, including some pieces being read from books that have some racist content. We were promised the 'racist portions' would not be read to our son. There are some teachers and staff we love there, who we wish all the best. May God bless them!

Parents - please be careful…read more There's a reason why you can't see or leave reviews for this NovaStar location on Google Maps and that alone should raise concerns. We attended this daycare center for some time, and I'm sharing our experience because it's difficult to find honest feedback about this location. Reviews are not visible on Google, which makes it hard for parents to see negative experiences. In our experience, this daycare center did not provide a safe or supportive environment. Staff interactions often felt rude and dismissive, and our child would come home upset and unwilling to return. We also had serious concerns about how children were handled during difficult moments, which did not feel appropriate for a childcare setting. We were told our child was being unenrolled due to a medical concern related to autism, even though our child has never been diagnosed by any qualified professional. This was later denied in writing, which raised serious concerns about professionalism and communication. It was very difficult to get clear answers or resolve concerns -- communication often felt defensive and shifted into blame from the owner rather than focusing on solutions. Don't be misled by the appearance of the facility -- in our experience, it does not reflect the actual level of care. We strongly recommend choosing a different daycare. Your child deserves a place where they feel safe, respected, and properly cared for.

They serve a variety of meals/snacks throughout the day, sing songs, read books, teach movements like clapping, waving, nodding, etc. and even have an infant-only play area outside so your child still gets fresh air throughout the week. Having our son here has made me not question working full-time, because I know he is having a blast and getting to learn more than he could at home by also being able to develop socially with all his friends. I am sooooo thankful I found this treasure of a daycare. It's also a super convenient location being within a 2-minute walk from our pediatrician (and others if you choose). I will be sad to leave it, but know it will just open space for more families that need quality care for their child. BONUS: They also offer date nights once a month from 6-11pm where you only pay $20 for your child to be cared for and fed. Definitely a better deal than trying to find a babysitter!
