No postcards, no text messages. The only time I heard anything is when I contacted them and even then it took a few messages to get a reply. They also did not give them their dog is human daily chews, so I had to re-introduce it to their diets. The staff is not all that friendly (perhaps they aren't used to people so much as doggies).
