This time the door was cracked and I could hear my dog letting out these horrible cries multiple times. I look in the window and the man is restraining my dog, while the lady is dremeling his nails even though he is crying. I stopped the whole process, paid and left. I've taken my dogs to multiple places and they have never cried or howled. She tried to tell me this was normal, but I know it's not normal behavior for my dogs. There should be a pause or a stopping point if the dog seems distressed or in pain and I never saw them do that despite me telling her beforehand that his front nail is cracked and could be sensitive. I'm never coming back.

We called ahead and spoke with her on the phone to ask if we could just come in for a quick nail trim for our puppy (today is Thursday, February 19th) and she said she could trim our puppy's nails if we came in before noon today and we were so beyond relieved she was able to (our puppy was originally a stray and has major anxiety to the point where our vet wasn't even able to trim her nails). We will definitely be back because she did such an amazing job trimming and even grinding her nails. Thank you!

We knew we wanted either a Labradoodle, or an Aussiedoodle mostly because we've always had dogs that were hypoallergenic and our son and daughter in law have allergies. They were happy, tired, and looked like they enjoyed their time. They stayed there for the first time for 3 weeks. My grumble is they did not send any proactive updates. No postcards, no text messages. The only time I heard anything is when I contacted them and even then it took a few messages to get a reply. They also did not give them their dog is human daily chews, so I had to re-introduce it to their diets. The staff is not all that friendly (perhaps they aren't used to people so much as doggies).
