Not as bad as the first time. She explained it seemed to be something with the way his skin was on his one leg. I was willing to give it another shot because she was really nice and seemed to really know what she was doing. I text her and she said she was booking a certain amount of time out and that she would let me know. That time came and went, even saw her go to my neighbors who text her after me...nothing from her. I text her to see what the deal was and still nothing. Never heard anything back from her. I just feel that's highly unprofessional. If she was too scared to groom my dog or just didn't want to - she should have said so instead of disappearing.

But there is a guy in there, who's the only guy you'll ever see (usually handling the front desk) that can be very nasty. I was talking to one of his groomers once when picking up my dog and he basically told us to shut up because he couldn't hear the customer he had on the line. Really? That put me off but I decided to continue to use them since they were only charging me $40 which was $10-$15 less than everybody else. But this week WAS THE LAST STRAW. I was sick so my mom took him in on Monday afternoon and when he got home and I saw him he was behaving strangely, not wanting to be touched and shaking, and his haircut was ridiculously short. The guy said that my dog had been fidgety and it's the same haircut we always get. Well, asshole, first of all my dog has NEVER gotten his hair cut that short and if you DIDN'T LITERALLY SHAVE MY DOG UNDER THE ARM IM SURE HE WOULD HAVE HELD A LOT MORE STILL AS HE HAS FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. He's only gotten more passive as he's gotten younger and he knows you! And I know my dog! He's not fidgety! I promised I wasn't going to post a poor review or the photos until I had a resolution but I'm just so furious that I can't wait for a reply. Do not bring your dog here!! They don't listen and now you'll have to fear of your dog will get hurt!!!
