Stating she usually see's this in falls. I have a large dog never do I pick him up. I brought this to their attention...they did not care. Did not want to make it right. Yeah do not bring your pets here. Let me also mention they usually kept my dog for over half day 4 plus hours at time when I would schedule. So of course I'm suspicious what could happen during that time. Taking to another place I recommend fluff and buff.

This past experience is causing me to have second thoughts about using this business ever again. It is my understanding that grooming to my indicates a trim. I took my dog into this store, and found two new under faces that I had never seen before. To me they looked like the summer employees. I presented my dog to them and told them that he was here for a wash, the grooming and please cut the fur back on his butt as it was getting a bit thick. I also asked that they shave his belly closer so the when he lays on the concrete he can bleed the heat off. Sounds reasonable... Right? Apparently the gentleman behind the counter didn't hear the word "grooming" because when my dog came back to me , he was not a happy camper. The trim on his butt wasn't even, they only shaved his belly and its not even even, and they didn't do the rest of the trim on his legs, around his ears etc. I paid for it ($100) and left. I then went back in and asked the person behind the counter to ask Randy to call me. To date I have not heard a word. If the 'children' that are running this store now for the owner I would caution you about taking your animals to them because these people don't care about you or your animal that you are entrusting to them even for a moment. There are plenty of other animal groomers in the area that Im sure will do a good job for you. This new crew that Randy has hired get a MINUS 5 Stars in my book. I won't reccommend them to anyone. She started with an in-depth intake to determine the training needs of my dog. She had a training program planned out when we got together and the progress I have seen in my doggo has been incredible. We had problems with pulling on the leash, jumping on visitors, jumping over the wall, and reactivity with other animals and people. Within our 4 week training sessions she had our dog loose leash walking and she no longer darts after people or pets. She doesn't jump over our backyard wall anymore. Stay away from this company if you can…read more rented a house for 2 years with them and there was a leak in the main water line that was preset when we moved in and it was like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse us for the crazy water bills. Took over a year and a half to get reimbursed and the only reason we did get it is because I would not drop the issue and emailed Annaliese probably 10 times about it And brought it up during the move out inspection or else they would have never even offered to reimburse us. And then during the move out they forced us to pay $500 for floor cleaning when there is already a non refundable deposit for cleaning on the lease agreement, and I called to ask if I could steam clean and mop it myself due to us having no carpet and one medium dog and they said that will be fine, it's mostly for carpet and people with pets. After emailing back and forth all they would say is "According to lines (whatever they are) the house needs to be returned in the way you got it." Absolutely 100% agree. But we moved in with the tile having dust and stains all over plus paint marks from their company that painted and just overall not the cleanest. Did not have a good experience with this company and will never rent through them again.
