Lindberg Collision is the best in town by far! I was involved in a hit-and-run and my insurance offered me two shops in my area to take the vehicle to. I checked their ratings and Lindberg was a perfect 5.0 and the other was only 3.5. I made my appointment same day and they were so nice to me and took great care of me. Had me in a rental in minutes and had my car in the shop right after. Tracey through in some free services and touch-ups on my paint and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. You couldn't ask for nicer people to look after your vehicle. He and Shannon are so kind and they make you feel like family. I had a hassle-free experience and got my car back looking better than before. Do yourself a favor and seek them out for any body work and/or mechanical work that you may need after a collision. They'll take great care of you. Worst customer service experience of my life. The original job was quoted at 7 days and $1,000, instead it took 3 weeks and $1,700. I had to call an inquire almost daily and kept getting false promises of when the vehicle would be ready. The job didn't change, just incompetence from Lindberg and his team. Lastly, when the vehicle was complete, they left a giant bright green marker stain on the driver seat of the interior. The owner was very rude. I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

I was side swiped by a drunk driver in my brand new car. Didn't even have it 2 weeks. I contacted my insurance company (AllState) who provided me a list of collision centers that they can work with directly. I found that Lindberg was not only right down the block from my office, but they could also provide me with a rental car through Enterprise! In less than a week they had my car looking bran-spankin new! They even detailed the inside so it smells like the day I bought it! Everything about this place has been absolutely phenomenal for me. I had an issue with my bumper being non-existent. The owners are super friendly, helpful, and make the experience smooth. Does not honor the warranty of their own work. I'm a little mind blown by all of the positive Yelp responses when my own experience with them was so drastically different. My car got backed into and Allstate Insurance referred me to them. They had my car proximally 10 days. The record self-involved a cracked passenger side headlight, a dented hood, and a damaged bumper guard. I picked up my car in the very next day I noticed my headlights were not working and so called them and brought my car back. Tracy proceeded to tell me that the problem with the headlights had to be pre-existing and of which I told him there is no way because my lights were working just fine when I brought them. He did agree to fix the lights but if you pop the hood it is very obvious all they had to do is replace a couple wires that were damaged when the headlight was broken Fast forward to this week when the brand new bumper guard he installed just a couple months ago has started coming off.  That's when things just got heated because he informed me that he would have to charge me for the re-repairs and I told him I didn't understand because he should have a warranty on his work and the bumper guard is 100% his work. That's when he raised his voice and started telling me that I must have rewrecked my car or ran over some sort of curb causing some sort of unknown torque to push the plastic rivets out...  that's when I told him he's more than welcome to look at every single one of my tires because if I had hit a curb at such force to pop plastic rivets out of my bumper guard then the damage would tell on itself... From there he accused me of committing insurance fraud by bringing my car back in that very next day to have the headlights fixed that he had just replaced.... and then said I'm just trying to get my car fixed on his dime That's when I got upset and told him I did not understand how he can have Bible verses printed all over the walls and his lobby and turn around and lie to my face and accuse me of doing things that I did not do just to avoid honoring the warranty of his own work.... And that's the moment he started screaming in his parking lot that "You Hate Jesus !!" and there was nothing more than he was going to do. At that point I informed him that I would be filing a complaint with the insurance company and then got in my car and left This whole experience with Lindberg Collision has been really strange and the quality of work has definitely been beyond poor. read more

Lindberg Collision not only impressed me with the best Customer Service I can remember having but their friendly professionalism made me feel I was dealing with a long time friend. Mr. Lindberg was very detailed about what needed to be done to fix my Jeep Cherokee but when I went to pick it up (on time as promised) he was just as detailed about every single thing that they did and my Jeep looked showroom new. Maybe because they even buffed out some door dings and a few other dings you get when you live in Dallas. It baffles me when I'm trying to give someone my money and they make me feel like they're doing me a favor. That's how Lindberg Collision Center made me feel--before they even got my business. A couple of weeks ago, I sent a message via the contact form on the website to tell them what I needed done, mention I'd be out of town for a few days, and see if that'd be long enough to work on my car. My inquiry was ignored. If you have a contact form on your website, you need to answer it! I don't care what the nature of your business is; if you don't want messages coming in, then don't have a contact form. A few days later, I sent an e-mail to the address at the bottom of the website. The office manager, Shannon, took two hours to get back to me with a useless response that boiled down to "you need to bring your car in, kthx." She ignored my questions and didn't even offer to send someone out to look at my car, a service they proudly advertise on the website--and the primary reason I'd chosen Lindberg to work on my car while I was out of town. So, like the contact form, the e-mail address on the website turned out to be essentially another black hole. I caved in and called on the phone like a normal person to schedule an on-site estimate at my office in Farmers Branch. Shannon transferred me to Tracy. We set a time for that day. A few hours later, I got a call from Tracy saying he had to reschedule. Since he'd be unavailable the next day, I offered to stay late at work to wait for him. Fifteen minutes before the time he was supposed to arrive, Tracy called to say he hadn't even left and had to reschedule again. I couldn't stay at work any longer, so he offered to meet up outside a restaurant near my house. We looked at my car and he took down my information with an app on his phone. As part of the small talk during the inspection, I referenced what I knew about the damaged parts and the cost of their replacements. (I like shops to know I've done my homework to minimize the ripoff factor.) Tracy said he'd make me an estimate for repair and one for replacement, and he promised to e-mail them to me the next day or Monday at the latest. It's now Thursday, a week later, and I've received no estimates, e-mails, or phone calls. I've missed the opportunity to have my car worked on while out of town, so when I do eventually get it fixed elsewhere, I'll have to get a rental. I just wanted to get my car fixed, and I wanted Lindberg Collision Center to do it. Was my car not fancy enough for them? Did I know too much? Was it that I'd be paying out of pocket? Were two estimates too much trouble? I may never know. What I do know is that I'm not going to pursue them further, as though they were doing me a favor, when there are dozens of quality body shops out there that are actually responsive and interested in earning my business. read more
