The owners make all the difference at this beautiful gem of a campground! The sites are well allotted; some private, some pull thru's that are a little more open. They have a POOL!!! Even during COVID the owners worked hard to ensure every family got at least one half hour time slot to stay apart and stay safe. They have washrooms at the pool house with immaculate toilets and showers. $1 for 5 minutes and you can adjust the temperature so it's hot!!! I see others mention the train which is noticeable but we were in a tent and did not notice it at night and slept just fine. But honestly the owners are truly what makes this place worth coming to. They are sincere and kind and went out of their way to get us little things we forgot like birdies to play badminton and one singular tea bag! With only a half hour drive from South East Edmonton it's a quick little family getaway that does not disappoint! The only downfall is their weekends book fast!! Not surprised read more

Our family recently camped here for four nights. We were looking for a campground close to Edmonton, family friendly, secluded campsites for tenting and amenities. We found this online and the reviews were really positive. We chose a great week, weather-wise, for camping, so we had plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoor pool, playground and volley ball court. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and provided information on nearby hiking trails. The site itself was very clean, including indoor bathrooms, shower, pool area, as well as outhouses (which is not always so). The store inside the office sold the basics: ice, snacks, etc, but also a few kid items, and ice cream. Everything was priced surprisingly moderate, so we took advantage of buying bags of ice for less than $2.00 a bag! The site we got was perfect for tenting, very enclosed from other sites, which not all campgrounds have if they cater to RVs. The only downside to the campground was the noise from the highway (it's right off a highway), and a train that was about 500m away and ran ALL night! We counted 12 trains one night between 11pm-5am, and the train whistles to go with it. So to say the least, we didn't get much sleep. All in all, it was a great family friendly, clean campground, just don't expect a quiet experience. read more

They only bad thing is the train in the middle of the every night they beep the horn other then is a very nice campground

Trains run all night nearby and they have their horns going non stop. Poor water drainage on several of the lots so reserve/camp at your own risk. No real enforcement of quiet hours, our neighbors were up well past 2 am talking loudly. read more
