Waiver is electronic so bring your phone. We did the Whyte/Happy Beer Street Tour that spends about half of the tour on Whyte Ave and the other half touring the quieter Happy Beer Street. This tour is 2 hours long and stops at 2 different venues - we stopped at Community and O'Byrne's Irish Pub. Was super awkward going down Whyte ave. People pointing and laughing and taking our pictures. If you don't like the attention sit on the bike's right (right hand closer to the front of the bike). Community was a let down as the bike's guide raved about the pizza-by-the-slice but when we got there at 5:30PM they said they had NO pizza ready and since we had only 30minutes at the stop they would Not be able to make it in-time for us :( O'Byrne's Irish Pub was fine but by then we were just working on finishing the drinks that were pre-bought with the bike (30drink package) and did not want to spend more money on drinks. It was +25degrees when we started but cooled nicely by 7PM but we were all a sweaty mess by then. Confirmed you should not wear flip flops as you do have to pedal and you want steady feet. i think there was 4 pedal spots per side and 1 per side that is over the wheel that does Not pedal and a bench at the back of the bike for non-pedaling people as well. 30 drink package was about right for the 12 of us as approx. 3 of us were driving. Great variety of drinks they offered from lager (no name-brands), cherry almond vodka cocktail, vodka lemonade, hard iced tea. And of course free water via water bottles. Every person (except the bench at the back) has a cup holder and the organizer of my event made and brough those yeti cups personalized with our names and those fit fine in the cup holders too and we just poured the cans in those. You can bring a small bag/purse and they can put it up "in the rafters" can give it to you every stop as well. Overall a really cool experience and I am sure I will be back.

We didn't get back to Edmonton until nearly 3 a.m. What disappointed me most was the follow‑up. Instead of acknowledging the customer experience, most of the communication focused on explaining why they weren't responsible or obligated to do anything. The tone in parts of the exchange felt condescending rather than caring, and the only gesture offered was a $30 discount code that requires customers to spend more money with them. That doesn't rebuild trust or reflect the time, cost, or stress of the situation. Based on both the incident and the way it was handled afterwards, I wouldn't book with MagicBus again.

I didn't have to drive, you can sleep most of the way there. They do a quick stop in Edson for breakfast and Supper Get you to the hill by 9:30am and Leaves by 4-4:30pm. We watched movies on the way home and relaxed after a day of skiing. Affordable and included a lift ticket. The driver and Guide were acomidatating and fun. Can't wait to do it again!!

The dining room is right around the corner with the fitness center and HOT TUB. Room 408 was quiet. Had our own dedicated wifi. Hot water was almost instant in the shower. Their toiletry amenities were in an amazing Green Tea scent. Couldn't get enough of it. Only qualm was that they had their hallways set to almost 80ºF. We ended up having to turn on our air conditioning since it was SO warm. Breakfast was included. Always a decent variety. Parking everywhere. Alternate accesses as well. Would definitely come back to stay if I'm back in the area.

The Core Crew are a group of young adults who take you for a tour for about an hour and half within the downtown. We went on the last tour of the summer, and there was a great turnout of about 30 people who also had the same idea. Most were locals but there were visitors as well. The group met just north of Jasper Avenue for the 1PM tour start. We made our way walking down 104 Street and then headed East from there. Then north towards City Hall before back south to the Shaw. Along the way, the crew took turns sharing interesting information about historic buildings and the river valley. They seemed enthusiastic about their job and we even had Smudge, the Fairmont's canine ambassador, join us for the first half of our tour. At the end of the tour, some of the people dropped out along the way which was fine with the Crew. We were given surveys to complete with a chance to win a prize from a downtown vendor, cool! The tour is great for visitors and newcomers but also as a local, I learned some interesting tidbits about our city. If you check it out next summer, wear comfortable walking shoes. Our tour ran over the 90 minutes and was about an hour and 45 minutes.

But I can't say we were at all. Lol. The breakfast is pretty superb. Freshly made waffle station, cereals, toast and English muffins, yogurt, muffins, assorted juices, apples, oranges with pork sausage, hashbrowns with hard boiled eggs. I like the French vanilla coffee machine. We both indulged in that for our late night together. Pretty nice hotel in edmonton. We packed up and got the $100 security deposit reversed but didn't get a refund for this $96 room. Disgusting. One star for the hot water, I guess.

We had three instructors/helpers who were all super friendly and helpful! The scenery simply could not be best against the majestic Edmonton river valley! I totally need to come back for one of the hour long tours! They even offer winter snow tours complete with winter tires ;-) In the summer they rent out other items like bicycles and also have BBQ's. Thank you River Valley Adventures, and especially Josh, for making our experience too notch! I felt completely safe and supported after a quick one-on-one set up!
